It is so good!!! So wonderful!!! The hotel is so fancy and was much nicer than expected, there were a lot of hotel facilities, and the buffet is fantastic! I really recommend everyone to stay in this hotel, will come again if we will take a flight to or from the Shenzhen Airport.

The hotel is neat and clean, pretty comfortable. There is free shuttle service to/from airport, and the driver is really nice, he help us a lot when I”m trying to pick my son from the airport in the middle of the night (3 AM). Very recommended.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. It is very close to the airport and has airport pick-up and drop-off services. The hotel is newly renovated, the environment is elegant, clean and sanitary, the front desk staff has a good attitude, there are many restaurants and supermarkets behind the hotel, it is very convenient to eat and buy fruits

Very high quality hotel for the value. It's relatively close to the airport (12-15 minutes by car) and they offer a pick - up service. Unfortunately there's no English sign on the shuttle bus so you either need to know some Chinese or call the reception and ask for the driving plate of such bus. Anyway the staff was extremely helpful despite speaking only Chinese. I got promptly answered and reassured via wechat. The very reasonable price includes a breakfast too so this place is simply unbeatable if you need to transfer in SZX, arriving late or leaving early. The hotel is five minutes walking from the airport east metro station from which you can reach the city center in 30 minutes at the cost of 1$ or even Hong Kong in a couple of hours.

I just arrived at the Convention and Exhibition Center for a meeting. On the first night, I stayed 5 kilometers away from the Convention and Exhibition Center. The room conditions were very poor and the price was very expensive. I really couldn't bear it, so I dragged my luggage and moved to the Spring and Autumn Hotel, which is 10km away. This is the hotel where the crew of Spring Airlines rest, so the overall conditions are actually quite good in all aspects, except that the room is a little small. First of all, his breakfast starts at 4:30 in the morning, and then there is a subway at the door that goes directly to the Convention and Exhibition Center for six stops. The guys and girls at the front desk have very nice attitudes. The breakfast variety is also pretty good. Unfortunately, this is the only hotel where I didn't catch up with the breakfast time. However, I usually arrive around 9:40 and can still have some leftovers because the meal closes at 9:30. The price set by Ctrip is also very suitable. I highly recommend staying here if you come to the convention and exhibition center for a meeting.

The room was very clean and the service attitude was very good. Since I left for an early flight at around four o'clock in the morning and the other guests were not so early, I was the only one sent to the hotel first. Haha, this service is so considerate. Next time This hotel will be my first choice when coming to Shenzhen. There are many delicious food around. I highly recommend it to everyone!
