The newly renovated facilities are clean and tidy, the general room is free to upgrade, the 2-room suite will send breakfast on some days, and there is a little decoration when approaching the wardrobe desk, but the overall is not afraid of discomfort. The hotel service staff can contact with WeChat and solve the problem for four hours. There is a free TV box, but the suite has a living room and a TV. The nearby subway station has not been built yet. It is full to use the Internet to make a car. I wrote this again because I booked two room separately.:) The hotel is a good pick for such a price range, location, and choice of food. Room: Good hygiene. The air-conditioner is not very strong but quite acceptable. Equipped with air purifier. Location: There is tram within 5 minutes walk, that lead to nearby train station. The location is not at city-center of SZ but still a good choice for people not too rigid about staying within middle of city centre. Breakfast/Night snack: You probably can get free breakfast (serve from 07:00) and free night snack (serve from 21:30 to 23:00). The food chocie is exceptional given the price range of this hotel and they offer it free. The food is of good quality and I strongly recommend to try it out. Service: The usual service for this branded hotel. Not the best among all of this branded hotel I have visited but still an acceptable range. Would not complain anything as they are not the main point of my trip. Overall: Very positive because of the food.

We drove out all the way and found the most surprising hotel. The children praised it and kept praising it. The location is very good, driving is very convenient, and the surrounding facilities are also very good. There is a McDonald's not far downstairs, and a hot pot restaurant is very convenient. The Hotel staff was amiable and accommodating. Although very little English was spoken, the staff tried to speak Cantonese to my wife. We were upgraded to a suite which was clean and very big. Our package included a daily buffet breakfast and VIP lounge access for a light meal in the evening. We were given choices out of 4 sets. The set meal in the lounge was average but it was very cosy and quiet with all kinds of drinks available. The best part of the hotel was the bathtub with a view! The buffet breakfast was OK. Tea and coffee were very average. You get better quality from your room. There are a variety of international cable TV channels. To my disappointment, the very latest international movie collections come with a daily flat rate. The size of the TV is a bit small compared to the size of the suite. The sound bar was fantastic though. We were very happy that we did not smell cigarette smoke in the hotel except near the smoking venue. The hotel is very easy to get to by the underground train. You can have weatherproof access to the gigantic mall across the road via the train station. Hard Rock Hotel is positioned to take advantage of the local facilities for a family holiday. It is very popular with families from HK.

Paul was exceptionally kind. The hotel has two locations. Single bed lofts are in building 8 and two bed lofts are in building 5. When I arrived late, the transfer service was unavailable, so he walked me to the next building. It was just a five minute walk, but I appreciate the kind service. In the building of my loft, I didn't understand how to turn on the heat, so a young lady at the front desk walked me to my room and showed me how to use the air remote controller. The included breakfast was from KFC and is hung on your doorknob at 7am. Also, the hotel I stayed in is a 40 floor residential building with lofts being rented out for guest. Very quiet. Super comfortable bed. Hot water. Free milk and coconut milk. Towels. Wash clothes. Hand towels. Hot water kettle. USB outlet. And it in Cloud Park which has countless food options and coffee shops. Manor, Starbucks, KFC, MsDonalds, KFC, and an amazing new place service western food. Tequeiro, 2nd floor of building 8 (main hotel building). Overall, a great visit! Food pics from Tequeiro.

The hotel is at Exit E of Changhu Station. I thought I had already seen Atour Hotel at the subway station. It is very convenient. The hotel front desk staff is very kind. The room is neat and clean. Check-in only takes five to 10 minutes. It is worth appreciating! The breakfast is very rich. The noodle cook 👍🏻 is really hardworking and has a friendly attitude! Very polite! The only thing I have to complain about is that I can’t find a children’s cartoon TV channel 😅 Overall, I’m very satisfied! Next time I come to Guanlan, I will definitely choose Atour Hotel again, thank you🙏🏻

The overall hardware facilities are good, but the management is really not flattering. It was almost 7:00 p.m. when we arrived at the hotel. There was no clean room, so we couldn't check in right away. We had to wait another 20 minutes for the aunt to clean it right away. The room had a slightly unpleasant smell presumably due to the haste of cleaning. The room assigned to my colleague had no wardrobe, just a simple shelf. In addition, none of the gifts displayed in the reservation on Ctrip. I have high expectations from the hotel reviews before booking. I can only say that there are still many details to be improved. I believe that the hotel also has some objective reasons. This experience is considered unlucky.

Hotel is located in an industrial area but not far away from Yifang Tiandi which is a very large shopping mall with plenty of shopping, entertainment and restaurants. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I was upgraded to a slightly bigger Superior room. Hotel offered free breakfast, rooms were comfortable and had 8 USB ports (I counted).
