The room was tidy and clean, and the staff were very friendly, offering attentive and warm service. A special thanks to Ms. Jossce, who arranged a room upgrade and a late check-out for me. She responded promptly to my needs even during her vacation, which was much appreciated. Thank you for your hard work. The hotel's location is extremely convenient, with easy access to transportation. Being in the heart of the city, the surrounding commercial area is bustling, making it very convenient for dining, tourism, and shopping, all within walking distance. This is a hotel that I highly recommend.
