This looked and felt like a top notch business hotel and very conveniently located next to a mall with plenty of dining options. We arrived late so were glad reception lady told us a walkable steamboat place was still open. The room was new and flawless. Pity I didn't have time to enjoy the bathtub and it was kinda semi open concept so wasn't that convenient and would have felt cold in winter and with Aircon. Beds were super comfortable and I enjoyed possibly the best sleep during my trip. They even have a Pillow Menu - lesson learnt next time I would choose the firmest cos China tends to use soft pillows that do not support my neck well enough. Nonetheless really enjoyed my stay. Enjoyed wonderful view and with electric blinds.

Love this hotel! 5-star service the moment we arrived, was served a welcome drink. The hotel staff greets us everytime we pass by the lobby, very warm and friendly service. Room is huge and luxurious. Soap is from Diptyque which makes you feel so pampered. Even on our last day, doorman Kevin Zhu helped us check our ferry timings and assisted with loading our luggage’s into the car. That was really nice of him! Highly recommend this lovely hotel and would love to be back someday!

We told the guest experience team before the stay that our trip is for wedding anniversary. They have well decorated our room beforehand with champagne and cake, which was impressed. Lounge access is flexible as we missed the afternoon tea on the 1st day and we are allowed to have it on the next day after we checked out. Lounge staff were all very nice and helpful. A very good experience in Four Seasons Shenzhen. Chinese restaurant staff are also helpful and they have prepared some simple decoration on our table which are also very nice.

Perfect place to stay from the moment you walk in the customer service is excellent. One staff member Kyle at reception really made my stay very comfortable. He organised welcome cake and fruit and gave me information about the hotel and the area around it. He has excellent English and he gave me a personalised gift at the end.The hotel location is fantastic near Coco park all the shopping and restaurants. I also tried the resturant that’s in the hotel and that was good. Their breakfast is excellent will stay here again. Once again thank you Park Hyatt and Kyle is a real asset to the company .

Intercity Shenzhen Guanggang is sort of a business hotel you would love to like after staying for a night or so. It's a pity that we were only here for 2 nights . Pricing is pretty reasonable and they had free supper everyday. If u like a neighborhood feel to the area then this hotel is suited for you as there are many local food options available. Outside the hotel is the entrance to the metro station so travelling everywhere to shenzhen is very convenient. The staff are also very attentive to your needs. Overall it has been a pleasant stay and I would highly recommend it, even for families.

Pros: Cleanliness is one of the best I ever stayed in the few hotels in Shenzhen, automated lights curtains, very nice bed and pillow and location is good, MRT is just 2mins walk away. Cons: not much sound proofing, can heard door open and close bang at night, phone usb charging point provided so better to bring own cable. Breakfast limited choice and simple and no ear cotton bud. Overall: I’m not a light sleeper and not particular about breakfast so I will stay here again, most important is cleanliness.

This is my first time staying at this Yuenanguo Hotel. The facade doesn’t look very big, but I didn’t expect it to be special. The room is so beautiful and new. The sheets and duvet covers are also clean. The windows are large and the sound insulation effect is very good. I sleep very comfortably. The room is still It has a smart home and a small refrigerator with free drinks. There is a subway station 30 meters away, and parking is free. It is so close to Huanggang Port and the Convention and Exhibition Center, and there are many places to eat and lively! The waiter at the front desk has a nice attitude, is very patient and kind, and there are free scented tea and coffee at the front desk, as well as robot food delivery! The price is so cheap, I will stay here again next time!

The hotel location is about 20 minute walk from the Futian Port next to Hong Kong. Room was clean and comfortable. But I personally cannot stand rooms without window, I feel like there was no air and feel like suffocating. Location is city like and close to metro train. Convenient to travel around Shenzhen. Supermarket takes about 10 minute walk.

The room was in Jiafu Square, the Four Points by Sheraton sister building, and the Sheraton driver could not find the way. We came down and dragged the box all the way to ask. Stayed for three days, the room has a good view, the Shenzhen River is underneath, not far from the bridge of Futian Port, and the right side of the river is Hong Kong. The room was cleaned very clean and warm, but it was still killing two Xiaoqiang, and the southern cities were inevitable. Everything is fine, if you have to make some suggestions, the sofa and bed are like wooden boards, too hard. Blessed is you who like to sleep on a hard bed.

The overall environment and service of the hotel are good. It is very close to the place where I am traveling. I will stay here next time. The room is clean and the breakfast is rich. The room has a modern sense of technology. It feels great, the room is very clean and has no peculiar smell. The lady at the front desk and the staff were all super warm. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay and a recommended hotel. The location is very good, convenient to the subway station, the surrounding area is quiet and the breakfast is very good. The hotel environment is elegant, the room is very large, and the equipment and skin care products are complete. There is a parking space outside and snacks will be delivered in the evening. The receptionist Xiaojing is very good. I have stayed here a lot.

The room is new and clean. Although there is no view, the window will not be opened anyway, so there is no problem. The bed is very comfortable to sleep, but the hardness is moderate. Somehow, when I take a bath at night, there is no hot water. I use the hair dryer in the morning and keep turning it off. It's strange.

But this hotel does not have a lift, if you are arranged to live in the upper floors, it will be miserable! There is no refrigerator in the room, the toilet is very thin (each room type is different), the pillow is too biased, the hotel does not have pillow service. Others are OK, but the location is too convenient!
