It would be better if there was less light in the room The bed is very comfortable and everything is clean The equipment and supplies are carefully prepared. Will stay again. The location is very nice, right next to KK mall. Checking in room on 96/F, overseeing the amazing view of Shenzhen CBD. First we was arrange to room 1801, but we are staying to celebrate valentine day, we would like to have the bath top next to window. The butler, Alice arranged to us to stay at the room and informed price detail for upgrading. The process was smooth, we switched to different room within 10 mins, meanwhile we took some stunning pictures with those turndown amenities. After dinner at KK mall, we experienced the gym and swimming pool on 75/F, everything is so 5 stars, water and towel can be access easily. Morning buffet on 95/F offered many different options , western pastry to Chinese noodle bar and so on. We had some delicious eggs. The overall experience was great, even the hotel generously offered us a late check out at 4pm. I love the kindness of those staff and St.Regis brand name.

This is my first visit to Shenzhen. The hotel location is just 5 minutes walk from the busy area of Dong Men Pedestrian street . Everything in the hotel is very new looks like it has been opened not long ago. The room is very clean. Everything is provided in the room like bathrobe, iron and ironing board, There is a fridge, unbrella, kettle, coffee and tea provided. Slippers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body moisturiser cream, shaver, tooth brush. The towels are new and clean. The breakfast is excellent and has a wide varieties. The receptionists are polite and there are welcome drinks at the reception when you check in. I would definitely stay in this hotel on my next visit. We stay here for 5 nights. I almost forget that there is a gym and reading lounge at the 9 floor.

Excellent hotel. Be it service, staff or location, it is excellent. My extra bed was placed at the living hall and we have requested to move into the room next to the queen bed. The housekeeper tried and managed to squeeze in for us. The staff at counter will greet with smile. The breakfast is nice and varieties changed everyday. Many eateries and shopping malls.The location is next to many wholesale buildings mainly for clothings. The Laojie streets is so happening every night with live streamers performance. Train is just next to the hotel, 2 stops from Louhu station. Highly recommended. If I go SZ again, I will definitely choose this hotel.

Easy to find fun the subway. The location is very good but I don't think it's worth the price I paid for, around £49.00 which is about 515.00RMB. Quick attentive staff, checked in really late at night, did give me a room in a quiet area but you can hear a lot of noise during the morning with their routine morning cleaning in other rooms, bed was hard, hygiene needs improvement; side lamb had stains, the toilet basin leaks water, sink around the inner edge were dirty and only noticed by looking back at the mirror, hot water in the shower was really nice. Free bathrobe, slippers, bottle of water. Breakfast had really good choices and was very nice. For the price, I would choose somewhere else. For the convenience of the location I would recommend it. Staff at the front desk are all polite and attentive and allowed me to leave my bags until I returned.

The room is very spacious and furniture inside are all new. Location of the service apartment is good, just opposite 老街 subway. The entrance of the service apartment is at the back of Bank of China. Staff are friendly and helpful. First take the lift from lobby to 28th floor, then change another lift to 30th floor (the service apartment's front desk) to check in. As this is newly built building, it is quiet at night as it's not fully occupied. There are some renovations going on in different floors and units. Not all rooms come with washing machine cum dryer, need to request from staff at front desk.

Location: 9/10 The hotel is located in a central location within walking distance to dongmen, kk100 and mixc and many eateries nearby. For luohu, I think it is a good location. Room: 7/10 It is relatively new and clean. Love the swivel chair that is very comfortable when working in the hotel room. However, the room lacks a safe and a fridge which are essentials that I require. Aircon takes awhile to cool down. Bed is comfortable but windows are not cleaned from inside and outside. Amenities: 9/10 the free use of washer and dryer is an attractive point to stay here. However, the gym is old and does not have a workout bench for use of the dumbbells. Breakfast is relatively simple and decent. Similar to mumianhua (5* hotel). However, it could have more western items like sausages, baked beans and ham but I understand they do cater to more domestic travellers. Overall, a decent hotel to stay at.

The room was spacious and it has a mix of both modern and historical vibes with the olden lamps. I LOVE THIS HOTEL!!!! The beds were bigger than most hotels too. Wifi might be a lil hard to connect tho, but that’s a small issue since modt of us would’ve bought data plans. Starting from the receptionists to the cleaner aunties, everyone was so SWEET AND LOVELY!!! They tidied our room daily and even made sure to change our toiletries daily. Laundry service was such a life saver. Service was top notch!!!! 🤩🤩🤩 The location of this hotel was PERFECT. It’s right at the mouth of Dongmen Pedestrian Street. Just go downstairs and start ur shopping/eating adventures. There’s also a dimsum/porridge place right below the hotel which I loveeee for their food! One small issue is that the toilet is not really separated from the shower area. So if sby is showering, u can’t use the washroom and vice versa. A bigger issue is flooding—If many ppl shower one after another, and hair gets clogged, the drainage system is p bad so water seeps out of the toilet into the open area and nearly wetting the carpet itself. But overall, i love this hotel for its comfort, location, service, value for money, and more! Would rebook this hotel for my next stay.

This location is super good, located in the bustling area of East Gate, next to the subway and bus station, the traffic is very convenient! We booked 2 bedrooms, with a family of young and old, living on the upper floors, so the night view outside the window at night is particularly beautiful and very quiet. The big bed in the room is also very comfortable, there is a refrigerator, washing machine can also cook. The landlord is also very good at talking and replying quickly. Every day, there is a special aunt to clean up, and there is a security guard downstairs to make people feel very safe. The only fly in the ointment is that the wardrobe hygiene at the bedside and corners needs to be followed up. I highly recommend a family of friends who come to Shenzhen to play temporarily.

Advantages: Complete facilities, including kitchen, refrigerator, and kitchen utensils. If you bring your own pots and bowls, you can cook your own food. There is a balcony to dry clothes. There are three beds, which are more comfortable for sleeping. There is a bed against the wall, which is safer for children. Disadvantages: The key card requires a deposit of 100, the hygiene situation is average, and the hotel's disposable supplies are not complete. It is best to bring your own slippers and toiletries. Mineral water is not provided. I arrived very early and stored my luggage with the boss. Overall a satisfactory stay.

When I went out to eat, I asked the elder sister to help clean the room. When I came back, it was already cleaned and all the supplies were replenished. It is ventilated, the mattress in the room is very comfortable, and the toiletries are fully equipped, including toothbrushes and toothpaste, towels, bath towels, razors and combs, and the shampoo and shower gel in the shower smells very good. I really want to buy the same style to take home. There is also a washing machine in the room, and the laundry detergent is fully equipped. The room is written as 20 square meters. Actually came out ~ about 10 square meters. The store was renovated, but the bathroom and ceiling in the room were not renovated. The hotel is central air-conditioning, but it should not be washed for a long time. I was sick for two days after I stayed, and it may be a bad human body. Not necessarily an air conditioning problem. The location is convenient, just next to the subway station.

Bed is hard not soft type so don't expect comfort. Quite disappointed with its condition. Good for short stay of one or two nights only but not long duration stay.

I am a book pure white ins style bed room. I can’t go to the landlord when I contacted the landlord. I can’t see my request for the side room. After that, the Chinese room is not for people to live in. 🥲 I only have to pick the second style. 😅 As soon as I entered the room, the picture was roughly the same as 👍🏻, but the decoration began to be rotten. For example, there was a leak in the ceiling. I saw one or two drops in the night, but the ceiling has been rotten. It’s not too bad to go.
