We reserved rooms with mountain views but were given rooms with city view. Spent time changing rooms again. Washroom was poorly designed. It was too small for use. It was nice to have a domestic fridge and a small pantry. Meanwhile, no cooking equipment was available and there was a head bumping hazard of the pantry cupboard! The pantry cupboard was installed too low and out.

The location of the hotel is very good. Harbin Institute of Technology is just outside the door. It is very close to the subway station. Although the decoration is a bit old, it is very clean and the service is very good. Special thanks to the beautiful woman with job number f008 at the front desk. Not only is she very beautiful, she also has great looks. Moreover, the service is enthusiastic and the people are kind-hearted. They took the initiative to upgrade the room for us and sincerely consider the passengers. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Harbin Institute of Technology.

Great experience, the staff is super friendly and helpful. We stayed here for two separate nights and each time we had a very clean room. The location is great if you want to hike on Tanglang Hill as well. There's a Mall and enough Shops+Restaurants nearby. The staff was super friendly, they even gave us some fruits and something to drink when they saw us come back with takeaway Lunch. Staff doesn't really speak much English but they are quick with the translator. 👌🏻 Definitely recommend, can't do anything wrong with this Hotel. 👍🏻
