The room is large in size and the surrounding transportation is very convenient. There is a subway station just outside. The room has a smart charging bedside table, the late-night porridge in the hotel is very attentive, the waiters are very friendly, and the self-service laundry room is also very nice.

Without map guidance, it was tricky to find after getting out of the metro. But as soon as you find the hotel and locate where you are from both metro lines, it was super easy, covinient and very prime central location. I totally recommend. Check in was easy, staff were efficient and quick. Was given room 8537 as requested to be placed in a quiet area and they accepted my request. Thought my room was in level 8 but it was in fact in level 5 floor and that's as high you are going to be. I really liked my room with the bathtub and it was spacious. Requested daily house keeping. The lounge was beautifully designed, great for taking pictures and the restaurant was really good too. Nice choices of breakfast, snack during the afternoon and evening snacks also very good at the start of the hours, if you go after 8/9pm there is not much left and they don't top it up. Overall, will stay in this very convenient hotel.

Overall is good, room is tidy and big. Reception and bell desk excellence service. However the night security staff isn’t nice. I’m worry are they suitable to work in hotel.

The location of the hotel is great, near Futian CBD area. And, my family stayed at 1619 room that is spacious and good quality of cleanliness. In addition, specially thank you for Amy, Jessica, Annie and Anna in executive lounge, they made us feel like comfortable at home!

Very good experience. My girls and I had a really good time. They let us have late check out until 3 pm so my girls can swim at the indoor swimming pool. Service at the lounge is good too. Annie Xu’s service is outstanding. We will stay again for sure!

Yes, it is very close to the Guanshan Moon Art Museum. It takes 10 minutes to walk. The art museum is in Lianhuashan Park. The bus stop is at the entrance of the hotel, very convenient The subway is also very close.

Very good and very helpful staff. Location was very convenient to many eateries, shopping and places to stroll and relax. Facilities in the hotel was very good too. Allowed late check out till 2 pm. Breakfast choice was excellent too. Will surely come back. Although I did mention it was for my anniversary celebration, sadly nothing special was done 😞. Otherwise it was great
