It was my first time choosing Novotel. I was unexpectedly satisfied. The high cost-effectiveness refreshed my understanding of Novotel. The whole hotel is warm and modern business style. The service of Li Yihao at the front desk highlights the quality of international brands and makes people feel at home. The arrangement of the hotel's night porridge is even more heartwarming. It is worth visiting again next time

Great service and location, spacious room. This is my 2nd time staying here and there is a free coffee offered on weekdays which is an improvement compared to my last experience 3 years ago. One thing different from pre-Covid: there is no conditioner option for bath now, not friendly for the hair. Hope the hotel can add the conditioner to the bathroom.
