Only complaint: even with the key in the door my power went off for the fridge, outlet chargers when I turned off all the lights for bed. Only there one night so I didn’t get to experiment or trouble shoot. Cool stuff: great location in Sea World for Halloween fun. In the lobby there’s coffee, sitting area and a library. Cactus garden view near the gym. In the room: motion detected lights come on low between the bed and the bathroom when the room is dark. There’s great counter space(no iron) and everything you need including a water purifier. There’s a retractable shelf or small table everywhere you need it by the tub and in the bathroom. Separate high water pressure shower. Small but spacious. Excellent customer service young lady on Saturday afternoon. Great stay.

The hotel is great however, I’m looking for an international hotel to have an international experience while I’m in China… to wear a swimming hat to be into the swimming pool is the most Chinese thing ever… I really hate it… I couldn’t enjoy the swimming pool because of it. If you’re Chinese, you’ll love it. If you’re a foreigner you might not enjoy it.

Really nice luxurious apartment hotel. Front desk was ok, efficient and cordial if not friendly. They share the building with another Hotel that seems to have similar rooms, but the nicer lobby belonged to the other attached hotel as well as the swimming pool/gym. Even though this listing shows swimming-pool/gym, the front desk told me that it actually belongs to the other hotel and due to a ”conflict”, we could not use it. Seems like false advisement to me. :( I still enjoyed my stay mainly due to the modern well decorated room, and beautiful views, that is kept in great shape by the cleaning staff. The location could not get any better with a subway entrance about 30 ft from the door, and lots of restaurant options nearby. It is a short walk to Sea World (a sea themed upscale shopping mall). I would give this hotel 5 points on everything if it weren't' for the inability to access a promised feature (Swimming-pool/gym)

We were contented with the hotel room and service provided by the staff, especially that Steven was nice and helpful, he could recall our room no. during breakfast, plus thanks for his suggestion on the tour spots. Room was exceptionally new and tidy. I love the bath tub and shower room. Free beverages with stuff were provided. Pleasant stay, will come again.

I had a really good experience at this hotel. The lobby is spacious and bright, and I was greeted with a smile when checking in. Emily and Luna at the front desk were friendly and helpful, which left a great first impression. The service was attentive and thoughtful—they even allowed us a late check-out, which was very convenient. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the overall scent in the hotel was pleasant, unlike many other hotels. The breakfast was more Chinese than Western, but it was still quite good. The location is also very convenient, with good transport links and everything you need nearby. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would recommend it and stay here again.

The hotel’s service and atmosphere were outstanding. The buffet breakfast offered a diverse selection, including a pleasing assortment of dim sum for morning tea. Although the infinity pool didn't provide much of a view, the swimming experience was enjoyable, and backstroking under the building's impressive architecture added a nice touch. I was pleasantly surprised when the front desk upgraded us to a suite. The suite included a bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak, as well as a designated work area, which was both convenient and well-appointed. The comfort and tranquility of the suite made the stay even more enjoyable. What particularly impressed me was the excellent service from the housekeeping staff. They carefully arranged my stuffed animals, tucking them in and covering them with the blanket as if they were cozily resting. This thoughtful gesture added a personal and charming touch to my stay. Overall, I was thoroughly satisfied with the experience.

There’s parking. It’s free for hotel residents. Rooms are clean. We had a nice view on marina from our balcony. Rooftop bar with decent food and liquor. There’s a swimming pool, too. But I personally didn’t check it out. 10 mins walk to subway station. It takes about an hour to get to SZ downtown. Taxi back would cost sth around 90-100 rmb. There are two restaurants on the ground floor where you can have Western or Chinese style breakfasts. I would recommend Chinese dim sum over Western dishes (they are rather generic). If you’re a coffee lover, there’s Starbucks nearby, your order can be delivered to the hotel lobby.

Excellent stay at UrCove thanks to the dedicated service and follow-up from their manager Katrina. She handled everything from booking, to check-in, stay follow-up etc. Looking forward to my next stay in and hopefully will be able to enjoy the room a bit longer. UrCove by Hyatt is in the middle of the Nanshan Hi-Tech Park so a lot of offices and lack of residential facilities but still some good spot for restaurants/malls close by and covey convenient/central to navigate in Shenzhen.

The hotel has a quiet environment and a full sense of design. The front desk guy is also very considerate and provides free upgrades when checking in. I was deeply impressed by this hotel. Not only is the environment beautiful, but it also feels like home. You can play nearby during the day and return to the hotel at night to enjoy the warmth of home.

Very modern brand new spotless clean hotel, 2 mins by walk from Liwan metro station. The room is spacious and comfy. The toilet seat was the Japanese style which was kept warm (personally I don't like as it wastes energy and is not environmentally friendly). Yet it's not perfect in that the wifi did not work and the tv was not user friendly, so at the end I gave up using them. I paid some extra for the breakfast which was not fabulous. It's in a residential area with a small plaza and some eateries around. But no big malls. The price is good given the room is so cozy modern and big.

The lobby lounge area is very nice, coffee and hot water are available, elevators are divided into two, free choice, mattresses are comfortable, and two pillows are soft and firm, laundry, breakfast is plentiful and distinctive, and the service staff is friendly. Overall, almost a perfect stay, regardless of location, facilities, service, detail, and value for money, it's a perfect experience. It's worth checking in again and again.
