The place looks nice outside, a bit hard to find even for the taxi driver, the rooms are small, too small compared to other places in the same range of price and isn't as clean as I expected, the small sofa inside the room had several stains and the towels had a funny smell that might be caused by the humidity, cause they're kept inside a plastic bag.
To do the check in was a nightmare, it happened before in the other Ranz near Seaworld metro, I was travelling with a document provided by the Chinese immigration office which is equivalent to your passport while you're applying for visa, but seems this hotel doesn't know how it works, cause is the 2nd time I stay with them in different locations and they always refuse to let me do the check in. The 1st time the manager helped, but this 2nd the manager wasn't even around and said no by phone. Luckily I had a copy of the passport with me and that helped they allowed me to register after 40 minutes 🤦♀️, but when I asked if their coffee shop which is in the lobby was still open they said no, I went to my room to leave my stuff and check places around and when I was ready to leave I saw guest from the hotel ordering at the coffee shop without a problem... So, not a place to consider to stay again.

The hotel room has nicely interior. It is clean and quite cozy. But the surroundings is not ideal, not many choices of restaurants. Taxi's and didi does not stop at the front of the hotel entrance, just on the side street.

Ok, overall the Hotel was ”you get what you pay for.” It's not luxurious by any stretch of the imagination. It's small and has all the essentials. My biggest problem was that one night there was evidently a married couple that stayed in the room next to mine. The husband decided to start yelling, breaking things, and sounded like domestic violence. I immediately alerted the front desk and ask them to call the police. They promptly moved me from the current room I was in, to another further away. I still hear the screaming and breaking of things for a few minutes after that. The following day, I made a complaint, but the hotels' policy was for them to ”stay out of it.” They simply said they were moved to another room. I was speechless. I'm in a different country, yet I expected so much more.... Other than that incident, nothing was stolen, the units were cleaned daily, and they have a laundry room on site. The price was the best in town.

Temporary business trip, just booked a hotel near the company. I used to live in their home often. I heard that I had recently renovated and changed my name. I thought about trying it out. It was really different. The room was re-organized with wooden floors, the passage carpet was replaced with new ones, the facilities were changed, and the towels were replaced with new ones. I asked the front desk to know that they joined Licheng Langyu, as if Shenzhen is still the first one. The overall feeling is clean and hygienic, the toiletries are also branded, the facilities are very new, the bed is very soft, the waiters are warm and thoughtful, the hotel lobby has also been refurbished, adding sofas and tea; Mainly for my code farmer is to be convenient, their location is not to say, 50 meters away from the subway (the door is the corner) super convenient, there is a breakfast room on the 8th floor, the environment is good, you can see Shenzhen Nanshan, close to the sea world, you can walk for about 10 minutes at night, There are so many young ladies over there [screaming teeth] Of course I am going to experience the fireworks.

Nice hotel for your stay in Shenzhen. The rum was big and comfy, the location was great (in proximity to many points of interest, including shopping malls and supermarkets, different metro lines, port and other facilities). The staff was outstanding and put sincere efforts to accommodate me and to help me to navigate during Corona time. Very pleasant experience overall!

The hotel environment is elegant in the new Chinese style. Every place has something to see, and different combinations make up the overall beauty. The room is hygienic and clean, the bedding is comfortable, there are windows, and the front desk service attitude is good. We were given a free room upgrade. The room type was changed at the end. I didn’t expect this hotel to have a large suite twin room for a family of three. One is 1.8 meters and one is 1.2 meters. The wife takes the child and the husband himself. It is a very good match. It is also equipped with a flexible drying iron rack to replace the wardrobe. This more airy and better drying also makes the room look bigger, very smart idea.
The window area is also large, but the limiter can open a punch more width ventilation is still good, the cleaning aunt is also very nice, the bottom board is wood-grained brick is not a carpet, not afraid of cleaning is not clean, it is a disposable slippers throughout the whole process, it depends on everyone's foot feeling needs.
The bathroom is also quite big. The only small regret is that there is no dry and wet separation. When I chose a twin room with a window, I saw that some room types were separated from dry and wet and washed. This, the flaws are not concealed.
Overall, it is a very good room type. The price in Nanshan District is not cheap. This price is relatively good, and the living experience is really much better than another apartment hotel.
