Really nice hotel, modern and clean, nice staff, free luggage storage after checkout if you have a late flight. Great location very close to the harbor with lots of shopping and dining options.

It takes about 10-15min for me and my family to get there on foot. The location is good especially you are surrounded by nice food! There's a night food street a few minutes walk away from the hotel to satisfy our cravings for Chinese food which starts at 4pm and ends at 11pm. The staffs in the hotel are very nice and approachable. We got a day of free breakfast instead of the welcome drink stated on the booking site. I like how the room is designed, simple, clean and comfortable. I really appreciate the thoughtfulness of the welcome card and drinks prepared by the cleaning staff, she cleaned the room everyday for the room that I stayed. The staff also react quick in changing the room that we stayed as there's cigarette smell in the room due to faulty in the ventilation. The plus point of the room is we don't need the adapter for the plug, there's USB port in the room! Eventhough the hotel is beside the road, but it's very quiet. Overall, the stay in the hotel is superb and I would love to stay in this hotel again the next time!

A good hotel at very convenient location where the metro station, restaurants and night markets are nearby. Customer service officers and restaurant staff are very nice and helpful. The hotel is looked fresh new and clean. Breakfast is really good. 5* rating is deserved.

Ideal location in Shenzhen to enjoy the ohbay at nite. A huge mall nearby to enjoy shopping and food. I would recommend to book hotel with break and dinner inclusive in the package as the deal is so good. Buying them at hotel would be very expensive . Bed is soft and comfortable and spacious.

This Vienna hotel is located in the central area of ​​Bao'an. It has a good location and convenient transportation. There is a large parking lot in the hotel for convenient parking. The room is clean and the front desk service attitude is also very good. When I woke up the next day, I went to the restaurant on the first floor to try their buffet breakfast and found that there were many varieties and there was also a soup noodle cabinet where a waiter specially served soup noodles for customers. The service was very good. Coffee, I particularly like it. After breakfast, there was a buffet of fruits, including bananas and cantaloupe, which was pretty good.

We booked a couple rooms at Pagoda hotel. The room had a package of going to a mini zoo as part of the deal. It was a really cool add on experience. We will try the snow ❄️ park next time. Our room also had audio visual equipment which is the projector 📽️ and screen in the photos you see. The hotel is super clean, the staff so friendly and it’s in a convenient location. The hotel offers complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea and after dinner eats. Which were all super delicious. On top of there are so many food options around you. And you are walking distance to a mall with even more options. The 14th floor has a gym, laundry services,and 24 hour arcade plus self services nail. We are already looking to book again with them!!!

Good location. Clean. Friendly stuff. I wish to have more choices for the Western breakfast, but I do realize there are very few foreigners to serve. It was not easy to order an omelet because of the language problem.

The room is quite spacious and comfortable to stay in. There is no peculiar smell and it is very clean. Especially the movie-watching experience is great! Of course the attitude of the service staff is very nice! Next time I have a chance, I will definitely choose them again☺️

The decoration and design of the hotel are very good! The lobby is decorated with a Christmas atmosphere and a Christmas tree! The bed in the room is very comfortable, and the bath products are very good, all of Hilton brand. Although the breakfast is not too much, it has everything! If you can add more colors, it would be perfect! I would also like to thank Miss Cece for her friendly attitude! Amiable!
