The only minor drawback was the absence of bath towels in the bathroom, but this doesn't stop it from being a highly recommended accommodation option in the area. 1. Facilities and Amenities: 9.2/10 The apartment's hardware is its biggest highlight, perfectly meeting the need for a 'ready-to-move-in' convenience. Appliances like the air conditioner, washing machine, and refrigerator are all newer models. The air conditioner cools quickly and operates quietly, so noise wasn't an issue at night. The washing machine has a drying function, which means clothes washed during the rainy season can be dry in half a day, saving the hassle of hanging them to dry. The furniture also shows no obvious signs of wear; the desk is spacious, and the sofa is soft, making it comfortable for both work and relaxation. Especially noteworthy is the bathroom's wet/dry separation design, complete with an anti-slip mat in the shower area and a mirrored storage cabinet above the vanity, keeping it tidy and uncluttered and greatly enhancing the living experience. 2. View and Lighting: 9.0/10 The room's view and natural lighting far exceeded expectations. The south-facing window has no tall buildings blocking it, so during the day, opening the window reveals the bustling streetscape of the Huaqiangbei area. Sunlight floods the room, making it exceptionally bright even without turning on the lights, and giving the interior a wonderfully airy feel. In the evening, the lights of distant buildings gradually come on, offering a sense of urban life without the disturbance of traffic noise from below. Relaxing by the window after a day's work was incredibly pleasant. 3. Detail Services: 7.0/10 The convenient location goes without saying; it's within a 10-minute walk to Huaqiangbei subway station and the electronics market. Downstairs, there's a convenience store and breakfast shops, making daily errands and commuting very hassle-free. However, the only downside is the lack of bath towels in the bathroom. I had to use my own small towel as a temporary solution, which might be inconvenient for travelers who forgot their towels or seek ultimate convenience. If basic toiletries like bath towels could be provided in the future, the attention to detail would be even better. Overall Review All in all, Fengyu Apartment, with its excellent facilities, open views, and convenient location, is very suitable for those visiting Huaqiangbei for business trips or extended stays. If you don't mind bringing your own bath towel, this is a premium choice that balances comfort and convenience, and its 8.5 rating is well-deserved.

Our recent stay at Hampton by Hilton Shenzhen Futian Huaqiangbei was absolutely wonderful and full of thoughtful touches that made it truly memorable. We were celebrating our 21st wedding anniversary and my husband’s early birthday, and the hotel staff went above and beyond by thoughtfully arranging our room for the occasion. It was such a warm and personal gesture that made us feel incredibly special and appreciated. Special thanks to the amazing front desk team—Tina, Luna, and Lily—who were all exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. Their service really stood out and made a lasting impression. The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the heart of Huaqiangbei, with easy access to shopping areas, restaurants, and public transport. Yannan MRT station is just less than 100 meters away from the hotel. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast, which offered a great variety of options every morning. The hotel staff were also very helpful in receiving parcels on our behalf and the housekeeping team also did a fantastic job keeping our room spotless and comfortable each day.

Excellent location. Took metro line 11 at the airport and you can reach metro station that is just a few mins walk to the hotel. Very convenient to either call didi or by metro. The must visit 'eyes of shenzhen' is just 2 stations away. The sky garden and the laundry service are plus points. The only drawback is that the noise from the outside road can be annoying during sleep time at night.

We have a wonder 4 nights stay here! Hotel location is super - next to 华强北station. It’s allow us to move around Shenzhen easily. Plenty of choice for food. But the most important is hotel front desk staff all the 小姐姐and 小哥哥are very friendly and helpful. All are proactive and service oriented. We had decided to stay here again if we travel to Shenzhen again!

Last minute booked this hotel which beside Huaqiangbei station/Mall华强北站/商场. The front receptionist who attended to me was Ms ZhuZhu朱朱,she was very helpful and courteous and facilitated my speedy check in process and even upgraded my room to 32 floors. The room was big and view to high rise building at ShenZhen深圳 was perfect. When i requested for iron, and she immediately activated the staff to assist to provide me with Iron and iron board within short period..Excellence service by 朱朱Zhu Zhu. She also provide me with wifi info, laundry and fitness info, the breakfast/ afternoon Tea and night snack timing as well. Pls conveyed my appreciation to her. The hotel location is extremely excellent beside 华强北 Mall. My room with pay breakfast which included after Tea and night snack. I did not try the night snack, but the breakfast and afternoon Tea meals were good. Good deal with this hotel- Huaqiang Plaza Hotel.

If you are planning to go to the electronic shopping district in Shenzhen, (a shopping paradise for men), DIFU hotel is the place where you should stay. I am intentionally writing this review, manually, without any AI help, as the majority of reviews are nowadays written, to underline that this hotel is the best money for value option in this area. I have booked 2 twin rooms for my entire family. The hotel and the rooms are very clean, with all the amenities you would need. The AC was working flawlessly, keeping the room at a crisp 23°C, while outside it was a scorching 34°C. The location is perfect, just a couple of minutes' walk to the main electronic shopping street in the Fushan district. We have not booked breakfast, since there are plenty of street food options, just when stepping outside of the hotel. The communication with the ladies at the reception was done via WeChat, they were kind, prompt and highly professional. They have answered to all my requests, immediately. Good job.

Staying here for the National Day holiday, overall everything was quite good. The front desk staff helped arrange a high-floor room with a better view and recommended some delicious local food. I'm a bit of a glutton, and I accidentally got grease stains on my clothes, worried they wouldn't come out. When I got back, I asked the front desk for a stain remover, and the lady at the front desk offered to take my clothes and wash them for me. She really got the grease out! This service was truly excellent. I'll definitely recommend this place to my friends next time. The room was also very spacious, with plenty of room for luggage, I really loved it! [Heart][Heart]

We had a wonderful 3 night stay. The room we booked is like a studio apartment with mimi kitchen (no crockery and cutlery are provided) sitting area with sofa and tv projector( free to watch all channels, movies and varieties show from china), a small study table and king bed. The layout is good except for the washroom. Its a bit squeezy for a big sized man. Our floor is on 23th floor non smoking. As for location, it is good. There is supermart （河马先生），famous tim sum restaurant, macdonald and local eateries. All these shops are directly below the apartment. A short walk to mrt exit A 燕南. There is a walmart outlet not far away. I certainly need to praise XiaoLin for his help during our stay. He arranged for the didi driver to carpark B2 to transfer us to another hotel. There was a typhoon on that day. Very heavy rain but we did not get drenched at all. Many thanks to his help to communicate to the driver to carpark n load our luggage. Pls do go to lvl 10th for check in. U will see Ms Zhang and XiaoLin. Both are very helpful and attentive to our requests. By the way, pls go to the lift lobby opposite macdonald to level 10th for check in. This location is near futian n huaqiiangbei.

My stay at this Shenzhen was fantastic, especially because of the **super easy check-in process**—no complicated security checks or front desk procedures! I just went straight up to the apartment, rang the bell, and the host (or their representative) opened the door immediately. Super smooth and convenient, especially after a long flight. The place itself was well-located close to public transport and great food spots. The host was responsive and friendly, making sure I had everything I needed. If you hate dealing with hotel-style check-ins and just want a quick, no-fuss entry, this is the perfect stay for you!
