Hotels in Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center, Shenzhen

A little hard to find the checkin office. But really just enter the large building from any entrance and go to the 6th floor Terrance and go to the A building office. This is a service hotel and not a typical hotel; but the house keeper does clean your room every day. 24/7 WeChat and fast response. Great location; surrounded by shopping centers. Clean room but a little dated; had to turn on dehumidify on AC because there was wet spots on the floor. Washer is small but works well. You have to hang dry your clothes so the small size is perfect. Only negative is that the shower was too small. You have to angle the shower head towards the wall or the water will leak out. Also, the elevators are a little tricky as they stop on random floors sometimes.

We checked-in 2 Twin Bed rooms for 3 nights. 4 of us were extremely happy with the hotel. As we entered into the hotel, we were being serve promptly. The receptionists, the housekeeping, the cleaners are all friendly and very helpful. They offered their help prior to our request. Their service were pro-active. We just love their service so much. It was not a big lobby but it provide the feeling of home. Coffee machine is 24 hours, they provide simple supper but it was very nice. The room is clean and the size is good. The sound proof is good, water pressure is excellent, Smart home service, digital toilet. The soft drink provided in the mini bar are also complimentary. The housekeeper was so nice that she offered to help us in ironing our cloth. Nearby the hotel are surrounded by restaurants, the subway station is less than 100 meters from the hotel. Overall, thumb up with the hotel, location, service is all you will gladly satisfy with.

Service was superb! Location is very very close to the electronic city and also the subway station. Love the supper they provide for guests every night. Very thoughtful of them. Cleanliness was very good.

Hotel in a very convenient location in the Futian district. The underground of the hotel connects to the MTR station. So many restaurants to choose from! The room is spacious too. The staff is helpful and nice. Will come again.

Clean and spacious room. Well lit with loads of sockets and USB charging outlets. Very Convenient. Free drinks and snacks are also provided but the fridge wasn't turned on. My room faces a business building and should be very quiet but some of the neighbours with children were quite loud talking and running around and banging the door till almost 11 pm. The staff are couteous but some do not speak / understand Cantonese or English. The breakfast is reasonable but most choices are Chinese. The bacon served at breakfast is not real bacon. Location is right outside exit 32 of futian metro. For people taking the metro the location is superb. One problem is that there is no escalator down at exit 32 making it difficult for people travelling with luggage.

Very clean and new-looking rooms. Rooms were a bit small for two luggages. Got to put luggage by the fridge and sink area. Bed area to balcony was tight for walking. Great balcony that allowed us to hang our washed clothes on the clothing line. Washing machine in our room. Hot water shower was not consistent as it operated based on time and how much was used. Got to do a quick bath. Location was about 200m away from train station. Convi. About a street away had a line of food shops and 10 min away had malls. Nice stay.

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the wonderful service provided by your reception staff during our recent stay. After the Spartan competition, my family and I were soaked and feeling cold. Your team was incredibly kind and attentive. She (I forgot her name) handed us the room key immediately, allowing us to take a hot shower right away. Furthermore, she came to our room to complete the registration process, which made everything so much easier for us.Thank you for going above and beyond to ensure our comfort.

Good location if want go to Hong Kong or shenzhen city , just a little noisy due to construction work but overall hotel was good enough

Stayed for 2 nights. For first impression, photos from trip com do not quite match the reality. The hotel facilities are a bit old. For example, both bathroom & toilet handles were broken. Breakfasts were simple, mostly Chinese style, and no too many variety of dishes. There’s a self service laundry room at each floor, but a washer/dryer was broken and I had to go to upper floor. But guys at reception were very friendly. The location is good - 7/11 nearby and local shopping center with lots of small restaurants, bubble tea, etc. Thank you.
