Anybody who deals with Huaqiangbei,this is his location !tricky to find the entrance but as soon you see the big poster about the sinopec gas station :Strategic ressources ,look for a low rise yellow building behind ,and that’s it !

As a chain brand under InterContinental, the quality is definitely up to standard. While it's not directly next to a subway station, its location offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle, and getting a taxi is incredibly convenient. The surrounding area also boasts numerous local eateries, offering delicious and affordable food. You can even cross the pedestrian bridge to explore the 'urban villages,' which offer a unique taste of Shenzhen. If you have the option, definitely go for a golf course view room – the scenery is absolutely breathtaking!! Just a heads-up, you might want to avoid the top floor, as swimmers occasionally floating past can be a bit... odd. (The pool isn't managed by the hotel, but there's direct elevator access). The biggest pleasant surprise was breakfast! The noodle station alone offered so many customizable combinations. If you can handle spice, you absolutely must try the mixed noodles – the chef's craftsmanship is superb! Finally, a huge shout-out to the front desk service. It wasn't the typical 'professional smile' you sometimes get at star hotels; instead, they were genuinely swift, perceptive, and highly efficient in resolving any concerns, making the entire experience incredibly comfortable!! This truly embodies the 'Shenzhen spirit'! I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit.

My friends and I stayed at this hotel again on our recent visit to the area. After dropping off our bags, we tried to find a massage shop but got a bit lost. We asked the front desk, and they gave us incredibly detailed directions. The location is extremely convenient, with a subway entrance right downstairs, and it's very close to Excellence Center and Huangting Plaza. There are also plenty of convenient dining options. The hotel was impeccably clean, the air conditioning was strong and effective, and the bed was wonderfully soft and comfortable. Definitely recommended! We will certainly stay here again on our next trip to Shenzhen.

Golden ginkgo leaves adorned the entrance, and the morning breeze, laden with the sweet scent of osmanthus, enveloped me, making it feel as if autumn itself was there to greet me. The guest rooms are elegantly furnished and have a cozy, inviting feel. The natural wood tones beautifully complement the vibrant autumn colors outside the window. Waking up to gentle natural light in the morning, I could see branches heavy with autumn fruits through the window – it truly felt like stepping into an oil painting. The thoughtful details truly stood out: a warming Hubei crabapple tea served as a welcome drink, and the bedding was crisp, fresh, and smelled subtly of sunshine. What I loved most was the design of the hotel lobby. Sitting there in the afternoon, slowly savoring a freshly brewed coffee and watching fallen leaves dance like butterflies outside, time itself seemed to slow to a gentle stroll. The staff's smiles were as warm as the autumn sun, and every greeting was accompanied by just the right amount of thoughtful care. This isn't just a stopover on a journey; it's a sanctuary that encapsulates the romance of autumn. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking quality and natural beauty – you'll surely find it as unforgettable as I did.

As a huge Muji fan, I finally got to visit the first Muji Hotel, located at UpperHills, with direct access from the parking lot. The hotel offers excellent services and amenities, such as eye masks, earplugs, and aromatherapy products. What truly impressed me was the thoughtful breakfast; though the selection wasn't vast, it was clearly made with sincerity, featuring high-quality ingredients and cooked with dedication. They also provided a complimentary weekday lunch special, making it a truly wonderful experience.

Absolutely fantastic! Having frequently stayed at Atour hotels for business trips in the past, I already had a high level of trust and appreciation for their brand. This trip was a family vacation, and Shenzhen was our first stop. This hotel gave me the best experience of our entire journey. First off, I highly recommend trying the complimentary afternoon tea (provided with our Ctrip booking) if you have the time. Each person gets a portion, and it was surprisingly delicious, featuring small Cantonese dim sum items. Regarding laundry, the weather during our stay was extremely hot; even a short stroll outside would leave us drenched in sweat. As a result, many guests were doing laundry, creating a queue. An Atour staff member then proactively approached us and offered, ”Room 6, we'll wash and dry your clothes and deliver them to your room.” This was incredibly thoughtful and a truly considerate gesture. Finally, I must mention its location. It's literally a 10-meter walk from the subway exit, haha! You read that right, not 100 meters, but just 10 meters – just across the road. Incredibly convenient! A short walk further leads you directly to Huaqiangbei Shopping Mall and its bustling commercial street.

The Shopping Park commercial area, Lianhua Mountain Park, and the Book City are all just about a 5-minute walk or a short taxi ride away. 👑 👉 **The service truly warmed our hearts!** From the moment we pulled up, the porter proactively helped with our luggage, and the front desk agent handled our check-in with such a soft and gentle demeanor. The housekeeping staff, noticing I was with elderly family members, thoughtfully provided extra bottled water and fresh towels... Every single detail made us feel respected and well-cared for! 🥹 👉 **The room was the definite highlight!** As we were traveling with elderly family, the hotel specially arranged a room on the highest floor, which was incredibly quiet with excellent soundproofing – a true oasis of calm amidst the city bustle! This was extremely important. The design was impeccable, feeling both luxurious and wonderfully cozy~ A special shout-out to the mattress – it felt like sleeping on clouds ☁, ensuring a restful night until morning! The expansive floor-to-ceiling windows offered stunning city skyline views. 🌃 The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and soaking in the bathtub was pure bliss! 🛁 The Executive Lounge was exceptionally comfortable, offering a fantastic ambiance to enjoy the beautiful sunset well into the evening. The afternoon tea desserts were delicious, and the evening light meal had a great variety, with six hot dishes, fresh fruit, and unlimited drinks. Choosing Crowne Plaza Shenzhen Futian for this trip was absolutely the best decision! #

Our stay at this hotel was lovely! The staff are very nice and helpful. We initially booked the room without the breakfast, but when we checked in, the hotel staff gave us a 2 free breakfasts! The buffet breakfast was great, with a large variety of Chinese and western food. The location of the hotel is also very convenient. We took the high speed rail from Westkowloon station in HK and got off at Futian. We were able to walk from the Futian station directly to the hotel. The room was nice and clean and the king sized bed very comfortable. Overall we had a lovely stay and would highly recommend this hotel!
