The first time I stayed at the B&B, when I checked in, the north security guard stopped and refused to let me in. This reflects that the check-in guidelines are not in place, and the matters that need to be paid attention to are not stated in advance, such as: epidemic control, can I freely enter and leave the homestay? Does the community allow homestays? and so on. The putty on the wall of the room was cracked and the wallpaper was partially peeled off. The toilet drain is broken and smelly. The door to the kitchen is broken and cannot be closed. There are many stains on the ground that have not been cleaned up. The obvious location of the room and the living room lacks sockets, which makes charging inconvenient. There is no instruction for the TV, and I have not figured out how to put it very close. In the end, I need to consult the customer service. It is recommended to give an explanation and hint.

The staffs are very nice and friendly, they recommend us some spots nearby. And there are some tourist spots ( garden and supermarket…) to go, which is around 10 mins walk. I totally high recommend to stay for one night or more. The room is so pretty and clean. The view is good too. There is no any remote control and phone, but fun to tell - you can use the AI to tell what you want. This is my first time to use and It is easy for my family, even my parents.

The hotel is located in Block A of Shennan Fortune Plaza on the edge of Shennan Avenue. The subway exit of Shennan Avenue is downstairs. Donghai East Asia Pedestrian Street is downstairs. There are more than a dozen different restaurants in the pedestrian street. It is very convenient to eat. The neighborhood with a price of more than 100,000 is naturally good on the side. From Block A of Shennan Fortune Building, take the high-rise elevator to the top 28 floors. The front desk is on the 28th floor. The entire 28th floor is this hotel. The hotel has a particularly good view. The boss will choose a place. The price is OK in Shenzhen, not expensive more than 300-600 different room prices; the little girl wearing glasses at the front desk has a good service attitude, positive, optimistic, and active. I have to work here for a few days and take the initiative to help me carry a computer desk for me. Thank you very much. There are large windows in the room, the air circulation is very good, the room does not have any damp and musty smell, it should be less than a year in business, all are very new. I feel more comfortable than many five-star hotels. Air conditioning is hot and cold, people who are afraid of cold can turn on warm air in winter, don't worry. The bedding is also very clean. I didn't find hair or stains. It was not itchy for me, a person with sensitive skin. Before coming here, the hotel lived in Jingtian. After sleeping for 2 days, the skin was itchy and quickly changed the hotel. The room has a fresh cabinet, you can put fruit, and there is a washing machine in each room. It is a surprise to wash clothes every day. The facilities are really complete. The toilet is also a smart toilet and the bathroom is very clean. In general, there are no shortcomings. For people who don't sleep well and like cleanliness, the overall price/performance ratio here is better than that of more than 99% of hotels in Shenzhen. Praise, next time I come to Shenzhen on a business trip, I will stay here.

The location is prime and the entrance is located on the other end of the train station marked by 2 red laterns. There is a security guard who will open the door and only the isolated right lift can get you to 20H as the other 2 lifts need access card for activation. The hostel is cosy and the living room is big. The 2 toilets are easily accessible with no personal amenities provided. There is an additional RMB 2/night air-con fees which is reasonable for a comfortable sleep. Charging port and light is available for every bed and privacy is ensured with curtain. Slipper is also provided for every travellers. Strongly recomended for solo and budget travellers.

The location is very good, near Gangxia subway station, very close to Liancheng Xintiandi, I remember correctly that it should be Exit 8. The service is very good, even if the toilet is often silted, it will come to ”pass”! The first time ”pass” was very fast, but the second time we couldn't wait for them to come, we were going to check out. Breakfast is more family-style, such as steamed corn, steamed glutinous rice, cooking vegetables with butter, steamed mini horse cake, quail eggs, millet porridge, soy milk. The breakfast aunt has a good service attitude! The toilet in the room is not separated from wet and dry, so you can judge whether you live or not. When I first entered the hotel apartment, I had to register with my ID for entry and exit downstairs, which was a bit troublesome.
