We reserved rooms with mountain views but were given rooms with city view. Spent time changing rooms again. Washroom was poorly designed. It was too small for use. It was nice to have a domestic fridge and a small pantry. Meanwhile, no cooking equipment was available and there was a head bumping hazard of the pantry cupboard! The pantry cupboard was installed too low and out.

Great experience, the staff is super friendly and helpful. We stayed here for two separate nights and each time we had a very clean room. The location is great if you want to hike on Tanglang Hill as well. There's a Mall and enough Shops+Restaurants nearby. The staff was super friendly, they even gave us some fruits and something to drink when they saw us come back with takeaway Lunch. Staff doesn't really speak much English but they are quick with the translator. 👌🏻 Definitely recommend, can't do anything wrong with this Hotel. 👍🏻

I came to Shenzhen from Hunan and booked a room for a friend. I didn’t check in but waited in the lobby. The front desk immediately poured cold sour plum soup and let me choose ice cream to eat. Friendly staff, nice rooms, excellent breakfast choices and a kids play area next to the dining area is a great help. 20 minutes in a taxi into the center of Nanshan or Futian and a 10 minute stroll to a mall with decent restaurants. They let us check in early and check out late with no extra charges…will stay again.
