The room is clean and big and new. There are a lot of nice food around the hotel and the shui wei night market is just right below. The drinks in the fridge are comolimentary. What i like is their laundry servide which is free of charge. The front desk staff are very helpful guiding me how to order food delivery to hotel. The only improvement is when i got the room there is smoking smell but the hotel staff very quickly work on to remove the smell. The hotel breakfast also kinda good spread. The best deal is there is supper every night and is also complimentary.

The thoughtful details truly stood out: a warming Hubei crabapple tea served as a welcome drink, and the bedding was crisp, fresh, and smelled subtly of sunshine. What I loved most was the design of the hotel lobby. Sitting there in the afternoon, slowly savoring a freshly brewed coffee and watching fallen leaves dance like butterflies outside, time itself seemed to slow to a gentle stroll. Exceeded our expectation, the free self service laundry service is excellent, we were upgraded to a room with a mini washer, the tumble dryers are located on level 5. The lighting ambience and temperature works well with the controls. I can’t speak Mandarin so not able to use voice control but the switches on the wall all works well. The staff was helpful as expected. The buffet breakfast was very good ie choice of food; decor, service and ample seating. Definitely will use again if visiting Shenzhen.

Ji Hotel has become my preferred choice for travel recently, as their quality is consistently reliable. I arrived quite late that day, but check-in was handled very efficiently. This particular branch boasts an excellent location, and the service was top-notch. The shower had excellent water pressure and temperature. If I had to nitpick, the elevator wait times could be a bit long. Also, I wasn't sure if bread is consistently absent from the breakfast menu? It would be wonderful if they could include some bread options! 😊

I recently stayed at the楚天大酒店 (Chutian Hotel) and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The hotel itself is excellent - my room was new, modern, and very clean. The location is also very convenient, not far from the city center and scenic spots, with a shopping park nearby. What truly made my stay memorable was the outstanding service from Mr. Chen at the front desk. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful, going out of his way to ensure I had everything I needed. His hospitality is a true asset to this hotel. I would not hesitate to stay here again and will definitely be recommending it to friends.
