Shenzhen Nanshan District Hotels

The design of the lobby is pretty cute, presenting as a library for visitors to chill and relax. The staff are friendly and helpful. Moreover, the two double bedroom we stayed at is spacious. Bottled waters are provided in the lobby as well, to keep visitors hydrated during the hot weather. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Excellent value for money. Great location, clean friendly, superb swimming pool, clean rooms, moderate price, value for money, right next to Nanshan park which is gorgeous. Decent buffet breakfast and close to maccas and Burger King if you get the western munchies.  I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough.

Upon our arrival I showed the benefits and rewards which Trip.com states, the manager, who resembles HK TVB actress 陈法拉, gave us a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom with 2 double beds unit. She even arranged a fruit platter for us. She was professional, patient and friendly. Thank you. The housekeeping staff were very hardworking, helpful and courteous. Thank you. Location is convenient. Metro is just across the road and bus stops too. Visiting places of attraction is easy. Takeaway was delivered by robot when our food arrived at the hotel lobby.

The Icon Lab Aiken Hotel is conveniently located in the Nanshan district of Shenzhen. It is within a few minutes walking distance of the large MIXC mall, which in itself is able to occupy you for a whole day & night. Plenty of shops, restaurants, exhibitions, an ice skating rink, coffee shops, and other larger and smaller facilities there, a great bakery, and a very nice al-fresco setting where you can - weather permitting - eat outside at the ample number of terraces. In the weekends it gets very busy, so do make a reservation if you can, or simply come early (5:00 - 5:30 pm) to ensure you don't have to wait in line or won't even be able to get a seat at all. The hotel is simple, clean, has nice sized rooms. Note that some rooms don't have windows, such as the Courtyard rooms (but no courtyard to look at, only a blind wall right outside your 'balcony'). The reservation is clear about that, so no complaint. Breakfast is available and has a basic choice of warm or cold food at a very reasonable price. The only negative comment is that noise from other rooms was very audible. Hence if your are sensitive to a crying baby or a couple having a louder discussion, you should be aware. The overall service is friendly. Good stay.

Hotel is about 8 mins walk to the nearest subway MTR, really convenient. Room was very decent size, thanks to the check in staff who was polite and upgraded us. Bathroom is equipped with the electric powered toilet and there was no cigarette smell in the room, which is fantastic.

Boutique hotel hidden in a residential neighborhood. Surrounded by beautiful plants. I feel relaxed and chill as soon as I enter the hotel. Breakfast is made to order, excellent. We are staying in room 105, a triple room with terrace where we can have a glass of wine and chill in the evening. Food in the restaurant is also good but it closes at 10:00 pm.

Nice boutique-esk hotel near Shenzhen city central. Room was clean and well furnished with amenities. Although the staff spoke little English, they tried their best to communicate, would like to extend special appreciation to Ms 张晓敏 for going the extra mile.

Service: Excellent and hope to get this excellent service next time Swimming Pool: Even not too big, but clean and friendly facilities after finished swimming, also kid’s swimming pool water temperature is warm. MTR station: 10 mins by walk to the nearest station, and take MTR to Shenzhenbei station super fast and convenient Dinner Buffet at Hotel: Environment is good and not too crowd, then we can enjoy our dinner buffet comfortably. All foods are tasty and fresh. We want to have one more time to have dinner buffet there.

Family room with 1 large bed and single bed just right for 3person. Location is superb right in front of Line 11 exit C We have no issue even travel with senior person. Vy friendly front desk girl and helpful. We managed to sent over our tb/pdd parcel to hotel And it is well keep at the hotel. Nearby many eateries and easy to get around.

The hotel is super nice, with good service. The room is clean, there are three swimming pools and we went to two. The outdoor one has foam pool while the indoor one has jacuzzi. Breakfast is normal Hilton style with lots of choices . The location is nice as well, walkable distances to various shopping malls and the coast promenade.
