Shenzhen Longgang District Hotels

The best hotel of my China trip, which included 4 different hotels in different cities. Spacious rooms, great bathroom, modern and stylish look, great maintenance and everything is super clean and super convenient. Almost perfect location (150 m from a metro station), the only problem is this station is over 45 minutes from the downtown area, but for me this was OK.

The location is good, few minutes to the subway station, there are some restaurant/coffee shop nearby. I believe a crowd of HK travelers may make the staff felt tired, due to the Easter Holiday in HK. The one male staff who checked the last 2 rooms in is not nice and I asked him where was the restroom, he was totally ignored me, until my sister in law repeated my question. I would like to complaint about the breakfast time, the café was fully occupied, no more seat available at the moment. The receptionist is helpless, did not offer a help. I think the hotel need to think about it how to handle if the hotel was running full, but the capacity of café is not enough. This happen is not only on me, also for the other in house guest. The hotel room are clean and services was good. The only thing I’m not really happy was as a five star hotel we couldn’t control our room temperature and I couldn’t sleep too well at night because of the wind are hot. WiFi are kinda slow too and when u walked along the corridor you could smell someone smoking which doesn’t give me a pleasant feeling. Other than that overall are good.

I stayed here 8 years ago and recently returned for a business trip. The hotel is still very well maintained — clean, quiet, and professionally run. It helped reduce my travel fatigue a lot. -Room: Clean and comfortable - Pool: Great water quality - Gym: Spacious and well-equipped (but I didn’t get to use it this time) - Breakfast: Tasty and exceeded expectations Location: Convenient, though some nearby road construction required a short detour to get to restaurants There are many lamb skewer restaurants nearby, but I didn’t have the chance to try them this time. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely return.

The hygiene, environment, equipment and service are always very good. Some of them have even added newer equipment. 👍👍👍👍👍 Unless there are no rooms, I will go to other hotels or B&Bs, otherwise I will not change and stay here.

I really recommend this Vienna Hotel! The lobby is warmly lit and decorated in a cozy way. It feels like home as soon as you enter the door. The free coffee and snacks in the tea break area are so thoughtful. I chatted with my girlfriends while eating, and the atmosphere was full! The parking lot is large enough, with empty spaces on the ground and underground, and self-driving parties are ecstatic! The front desk lady is super enthusiastic, and she also took the initiative to remind you of the delicious and fun things around when checking in. The room is large and tidy, and there is no dust even in the seams of the bed. The best thing is that it is very close to the stadium. After watching the game, you can walk back to the hotel in a few steps, and you don’t have to suffer the pain of taking a taxi! The quality of the old chain hotel is stable, and it is the first choice for your next trip!

Stayed for a night for the table tennis tournament. Less than 10 min drive from hotel to the venue, nice and high tech interior design, pretty clean in general. Everything was perfect. Breakfast though was a bit healthy - not much flavour. Forgot to take picture of the living.

This is a good experience about staying in a hotel. The hotel staff's service is very good. The children are very happy. The hygiene can be improved and it will be perfect. Apart from other conveniences, I am very satisfied. Thank you.

A cosy and comfortable place to stay . Lots of eatery and nearby supermarket . I will be back to stay again next time

Overall, it is nice and tidy. However, the free bottle water provided in the room was used not brand new, which is not acceptable. The room is spacious, the bed is very big, breakfast is fair and food is not hot enough
