Shenzhen Futian District Hotels

This Hotel is a little gem!slightly tricky to find you way in !However the path is between Sinopec Petrol Station and the next building on Shennan Road !The building where there are giant Advertisements !on the South side of Huaqiang Road !If you look carefully on the Giant Advertisements,on the right ,you will see Marker Hotel name on a yellow ocre background !The hotel is without pretension,but very nice and simple ,And seems to be enjoyed by Russians,Central Asians ,South-East Asians ,even French !It is clean ,quiet ,very good value for money !The location is ideal !A lot of take over food shops and very cheap !One advantage extremely important :The checking out is at 2 pm !This was such a nice surprise to me !The bed are large ,the Aircond pleasantly quite !My only concern in praising this hotel too much ,is to get it fully booked ,next time I come to Huaqiangbei !

The front desk was very helpful and called me a day in advanced to confirm the booking and sent the map and direction to the hotel. It can get confusing because the hotel is located at a building where you cannot see any of its signage from exterior. But once you get the direction to the check-in lobby located at Level 6, it is quite straight forward. We landed very late, way past midnite and there was a guarded entrance A2 at the foot of the building where the security directed us to the check in lobby. The location is excellent and easy access to the best mall in Shenzhen, One Avenue. It is also served by two Metro Lines 1 and 10, which can get us to almost all the main attractions in Shenzhen. It is easy to get taxis as the main road right in front of hotel always have plenty of taxis waiting to pick up passenger. The only downside of our visit was the fumigation that just taken place and everyday we will find dead baby cockroaches on our living room floors. But the room service response is very good, once you text them by WeChat, within 5 mins, the staff is here to clean up and attend to our other needs.

The room is okay ,and service is very good. I will come here again with my girlfriend. I and my girlfriend both were happy to stay here and the environment is very quiet. I will recommend to My friends.

This time I came to Shenzhen with my family and stayed at the Crowne Plaza Futian Hotel. The location is not far from the high speed rail station. There is a convenient store, 7-11, opposite to the hotel The hotel lobby is very beautiful. When checking in at the front desk, they introduced us to many hotel facilities, especially the gym and outdoor swimming pool on the 4th floor, which are very convenient. There’s also a kid club in the 1st floor. My children enjoyed playing there a lot before we left the hotel. The room is clean, tidy and very spacious. During breakfast, our children really like Lydia and Alina. They’re very helpful. I am very satisfied with the breakfast and like the freshly squeezed juice here. Restaurant manager Helen and front desk Scott are very professional. I will come to stay here again next time.

This is my second visit to this hotel. It’s very clean and new. And the amenities are great. The in-room TV has screencasting so I could watch whatever. Breakfast is fine and supper is complimentary. What’s the most special is that the gym room is separated, one person per cubicle with different types of gym machines. There is a TV in each of the gym cubicles which I could do karaoke at the same time. (If the hotel reads this message, please note that some rooms, the TV or the air-conditioning was out of order, please send someone to check and fix it). Don’t have expectation on the view. It’s exceptional given the price and quality. Love it and would definitely come back again!

We love this new hotel with excellent spacious room, comfy beddings and magnificent view. Their front desk staff have outstanding customer service skills. We had front desk staff 毛豆 who greeted us at check in upgrading us with an extra afternoon tea voucher. During check out, Sundy gave us free Lollypet petting zoo admission for 2 after we gave them some feedback regarding the noises made at 7:45am by their outsourced hotel building exterior window cleaning vendor. This proved that they have good customer service and have taken hotel guests’ feedback with a professional and matured approach which we really appreciated. Complimentary afternoon tea and breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations given the price of hotel is very reasonable. The room is in good condition, cleaned, spacious and beddings are comfortable. The location is good and right outside of 燕南 metro station. I would recommend this hotel to friends given they have above level service.

Arrived at late night. Incredible live music performance by singer Hanna and pianist Frank at the hotel lobby lounge, both of whom are talented musicians and we did enjoy the lighthearted chat with them. Decided to stay another night here and surprised to know our classic room was upgraded to a suite. Hotel breakfast which we pre-booked is excellent as usual, and the female staff at Cafe Zen was really helpful when I needed assistance with taking my peppermint hot tea back to the hotel room with the paper cup and plastic lid provided by the cafe. Many thanks to Shangri-la again.

From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help. My room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. I especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities and attention to detail throughout the hotel. The location was perfect — close to everything I needed, shopping malls, subway entry yet peaceful and quiet at night. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable experience.

She was extremely proactive and considerate, not only arranging a satisfactory room upgrade for us but also proactively assisting with a late checkout extension on our departure day, addressing our practical needs. The upgraded room was spacious and comfortable with a well-planned layout that created a relaxing atmosphere. All facilities were well-maintained and fully functional, making our stay very convenient. The standout feature was the window-side bathtub, which allowed us to enjoy the view while soaking - an exceptionally soothing way to unwind after a busy day. Overall, the service was impeccable (especially thanks to Jossce), the room facilities were complete and comfortable, and the window-side bathtub was a highlight. This was a highly recommended stay.

Location: right next to many malls in the heart of the electronics market. Aplenty food options. While the train station is just at the hotel’s doorstep, we did not get to use it, just didi everywhere. Service: impeccable! The staff 小黄 was constantly checking in via WeChat with my hub if we needed help and if we were pleased with the room. The staff even surprised my hub with a Father’s Day gift! I don’t think we’ve had such level of care and thoughtfulness even in top international hotel brands. Room & amenities: toilet amenities were well provided for. The bath towels were soft and luxurious. Beddings were fine but I wish the housekeeping staff had allowed us to have just 2 more pillows (wanted to +4 so we each get 2 pillows but she sounded hesitant to give us anything more than +2). I guess I could have insisted but decided not to. The double bed was a bit smaller than expected but thankfully we are small frames. Wouldn’t recommend double sharing if you are bigger build. Breakfast and supper: both came free with our room. Breakfast spread was decent. Supper was one congee and a noodle station. Not for fussies.
