Shenzhen Longhua District Hotels

The hotel is close to metro station, and about 10mins walk to the shopping mall. There are many restaurants nearby. Tho there is KTV on the lower floor, the rooms are allocated on the higher floors, very silent at night. The rooms is clean. The only concern is the building share the common elevator with other companies, like KTV and Gym center.

Always travelling around. 2nd time here. 1. Room lighting is very problematic. The washroom doors are light penetrable. Which is very disturbing for early gym users like myself travelling with kids. Very bad (one and only bad point) 2. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Very good. 3. Gym is excellent 4. Bought this package via trip.com with breakfast and dinner. The dinner grill was spectacular, tomahawk steak and grilled whole chicken. Good. 5. Pool was really small, quite disappointing. 6. Kids bakery class was very good. Met with nice staff.

The service from the front desk was very good and polite. They are very helpful. However the room itself can be improved. It was a non smoking room but still having guest smoking in the room, causing the room and hallway full of smell. I was being awaken in the middle of the night because the smell from the smoke was too strong. The ventilation system in the room can be improved too. I think the hotel needs to enforce more strict rule in terms of the smoking regulation. About 10min walk to the nearest 红山 station. Shenzhen north station probably need to have to take Didi. Quite a distance to walk.

I was so excited and full of anticipation before coming here to play golf. And now that we’re here, we’re absolutely loving our stay and the entire golf experience! The facilities are fantastic—everything you could need is provided, so there’s no worry about missing anything. Our room is excellent too, especially the bed, which gave us such great sleep. What really stood out was the hotel staff—they were incredibly helpful and made sure our golf trip ended perfectly. Truly a memorable experience!

The hotel is modern and clean. Staff are very helpful. My package included an access to the executive lounge. It has a good look of mountains and a pond. The staff are there are very courteous and helpful. The light snacks served at the lounge ate good enough for a light dinner. The hotel us a bit far away from the nearby shopping mall. There is nothing around the hotel except for fashion centers that my family did not have time for a visit. The swimming pool is small compared with a 4 or 5 star hotel.

As a family, we had a wonderful two-night stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and attended to our needs with a friendly and helpful demeanor. The rooms were spotlessly clean and provided a cozy atmosphere for us to relax in. We felt right at home throughout our stay and appreciated the warm hospitality. We highly recommend this hotel to other families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable accommodation experience.

The room is clean and well-equipped, and the living is very comfortable. The front desk lady is very friendly. You can use the elevator by swiping your card, which is very safe. There is a supermarket and a shopping mall downstairs, and there is a snack street not far away. The transportation is convenient, the breakfast is very rich, and it is convenient and fast.

Probably best option for business travelers in terms of quality/price/logistics. Very good location makes logistics easy both within Shenzhen and connection to/from Shenzhen. You can easily and fast go to any location in Shenzhen using the metro hub nearby. Food, service, and executive lounges provide very high value to this hotel.

I love this hotel. Its super cozy to stay and very comfort for sleeping. The location of the hotel is very near the mall and it wont too noisy at night. Just few minutes walk you can reach the largest mall in the district and 15 minutes walk to the metro station. The hotel has its private elevator to reach each floor, very secured in the evening! Worth to suggest!
