很滿意，房間沒打掃完，給我升級了房型。附近好吃的超級多，關鍵有很多都是十幾年甚至是幾十年的長紅老店！不會踩雷，出行也很方便。

The room is really clean, the staff is really helpfull; we encounter some problems with our flight so the check in time was very late, but the staff was still waiting and assisting us. Will stay here again if we visit Shenzhen. Location also very nice, many food restaurants nearby

The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the Room is so big for its price, and they even have a wonderful washing machine for clothes so it's very convenient for travelers. I definitely recommend this place! 10/10 😌👍🏻

My stay at this Shenzhen was fantastic, especially because of the **super easy check-in process**—no complicated security checks or front desk procedures! I just went straight up to the apartment, rang the bell, and the host (or their representative) opened the door immediately. Super smooth and convenient, especially after a long flight.
The place itself was well-located close to public transport and great food spots. The host was responsive and friendly, making sure I had everything I needed.
If you hate dealing with hotel-style check-ins and just want a quick, no-fuss entry, this is the perfect stay for you!

Booked the unit for family. Perfect for a family of 6. Location and service are awesome. The only drawback is only 1 bathroom for this unit. Specially when you have 6 pax in the unit. Need to spend 1 to 1.5 hours queuing to use the bathroom. Will appreciate if operator stated the number of bathroom available on the description.
