Orange Hotel (Shenzhen Futian Convention and Exhibition Center)

The hotel is very close to Metro Gangxia Station about 100 meters away from exit E. The room is very clean, has good decoration, and has good amenities. I stayed on the 27th floor with a nice city view. The lady front desk was very helpful. Breakfast was good enough. Convenient stay and easy to get around.

Hotel staff very friendly. Near to train station. Everything is perfect except waiting lift time is taking quite long as only 2 lifts take care of 20+ floors, especially when there’s lift maintenance during checkout time.

I am very satisfied during my 3 nights stay here. The room are clean and well kept, location is good so near to the MRT station. There is bubble tea shop next to the MRT station which operates till 1AM, can grab one when you are on your way to hotel till late. Supermarket is available next to the hotel. Eateries are everywhere, shopping mall is just stone throw. I bought breakfast together with room and I enjoy it very much. Fried mee hoon, sausage, dumpling, glutinous rice, croissant etc are very nice to eat. Meantime, I would like to express my gratitude to 黄女士, staff who works at the Cafeteria. The incident happen when my mom has left her handbag at the Cafe during the morning breakfast and only discovered it after an hour later. We quickly go down to the Cafe and check whether the bag is still there as all her document and money are in the bag. We met the staff on duty Madam Wong, she verified with some question and return the bag to us. God blessed we have met some being so honest, she told us the place is safe with CCTV full coverage. We reward her with tips but she rejected reason being it was her job. Thank you so much. Really appreciate it.

Positive - Very good location at Fu Tian area with a very big mall nearby. Hotel entrance is right beside MRT station exit. Room is clean and no stench. Very big TV. Fast WiFi. Strong hot shower. Some construction going on in December but front desk receptionist very helpful provided a room with no noise. Great selection of breakfast options. Free use of laundry and gym. Negative - winter period and centralised Aircon only provides warm air so you have to open room windows to allow cool air in else the room gets stuffy easily. The hotel elevator is shared with other tenants in the building so there might be a wait.

Stayed here for 1 night. Room is very well furnished and clean. Only toilet is small
