The hotel is lovely and the heated pool was awesome - especially because the weather was a little chilly. The staff at the hotel were really welcoming and tried to please us - giving us fruit and some soup in the evening. It would be better if some vegetarian food was added to the hotel menu.

Excellent service and friendly staff. They went out of their way to make us feel at home. It is not suggested to go in the winter, as the heated pool temperature is not really that hot. The temperature of the hot water in the room (bath/shower) is also just luke warm, but not unpleasant. One can use the laundry room to wash clothes and the beaches and shops are walking distance from the hotel. The Western Sanye hotel is absolutely wonderful. Great food and not overpriced. Wonderful deck view of the bay.

It was a very happy stay. The environment was quiet and comfortable. The staff provided good service. There was also a 30-minute free photo shoot, which was very good. The afternoon tea and breakfast were very exquisite. There was also a customized aromatherapy souvenir when checking out. It was great. I highly recommend it.
