The receptionist was a little rude, just asking whether the check in is here and reply me with arrogant tone. Pass her our ID and she simply say can't find the booking, even showing her the booking confirmation and she said she don't understand 🤷🏻♀️ other than that, the room and everything is good

The location is perfect for us to fly off from Shenzhen Bo'An international airport the following day. Staffs are friendly and helpful, breakfast and washing machine cum dryer are provided, for the price it is excellent. Delicious road side hawker food are plentyful around the area, within walking distance.

不錯，酒店前台小哥服務態度很好，酒店位置也離機場很近，打車八分鐘就能到，美中不足的是設施比較老了，衞生間有一股異味，同時房間裏的礦泉水上全是灰，衹能自己點外賣喝

在香港一週住了 三個酒店，這個酒店真的是最好的 沒有之一，一分錢，一分貨有道理，前台服務態度很好 一直微笑辦理入住，清潔人員也很有禮貌 位置不用説了 尖沙咀黃金位置 去維多利亞港 和旺角 等都方便 旁邊就是重慶大廈 頂樓有游泳池 房間的洗漱用品也是牌子的 總體很滿意💯

沒想到在離開深圳的前一晚體驗竟然這麼差。
桌子上枱燈上有污漬，其中一張床的被子上有煙味，拖鞋其中一衹開線壞掉了…最不應該的是，作為機場旁邊的酒店，房間的一扇窗户竟然關不上有很大噪音，給前台打電話之後，來了一個客房服務大媽，大搖大擺走進房間，直接踩在椅子上，一邊關窗户一邊罵罵咧咧，最後就把窗户關上一點點，我表示窗户沒有關上，她反問我你到底要怎樣...服了服了，這家酒店服務人員太橫，我衹好請她出去，並表示不敢再打擾，這位大媽就此大搖大擺揚長而去，留下我房間敞開的房門...
這家酒店設施損壞+客房服務態度極差+衞生狀況差，客人入住最核心的三個基本要求都無法滿足，體驗感極差，建議不要選擇這家酒店入住。
