Hanting Hotel (Shenzhen Bao'an Airport Terminal)

When I returned to China from Hong Kong, I happened to choose the Hanting Hotel, which is the closest to the airport. I have to say that the king-size room is much better than I expected, spacious and clean, and breakfast is included. Although I only stayed for one day, it was very good overall. There are two hotels under one sign. They charge for printing. They say the two hotels have different owners. The hotel rooms are damp, the soundproofing is poor, and the facilities are not good. The Huazhu Club app clearly states that the hotel should be improved!

The room looked good overall, but it was not soundproof. I could hear people talking outside clearly. The worst thing was the service attitude. The airport pick-up service written in the hotel's features was too casual. The front desk looked indifferent. I called the first number and was told to contact them when they arrived. After I contacted them, they said there was no car and asked me to wait until the hour. They didn't give me the driver's phone number or tell me where to wait. I had to take a taxi myself. The same thing happened with the airport drop-off service in the morning. They didn't register which rooms would leave at what time. I agreed with the front desk in advance that I would go up to get my luggage and come down. When I got down, the car left. They said there was nothing they could do. The overall experience was very bad. If you don't want airport pick-up, cancel this. Don't sell dog meat under the guise of sheep.

Close to the airport, maybe a little more expensive. I stayed at Hanting in other places in Shenzhen at the same price. The room was bigger, cleaner and the breakfast was richer. This one is just average. It's close to the airport and there's a bus to the airport, which is not bad.

She also lied that I checked out by myself. I want to ask, as a guest who has already checked into the hotel, shouldn't other people be given priority for extending their stay? Besides, I haven't checked out yet, my belongings are in the room, and the room card is with me. As the front desk clerk, how can you not even say sorry for the responsibility of this matter? Who were you showing off to the whole time? She was the one who swiped the meal card when I came back the night before. She was also *****, and she didn't even say a word.
