I rocked up to check into my apartment with my Trip booking confirmation. The nimrod behind the desk tells me “Sorry, we don’t usually take foreigners bookings through the platform” and then suggests maybe I should cancel the booking?!? What the hell?! I contacted Trip.com and got a customer rep ro speaks to her and explain how to process it. Was left standing there for 15 minutes in what should have been a 5 minute interaction.
If you are going to advertise on a huge platform like Trip, please ensure all staff are aware foreigners may stay at the hotel and not to be total pricks about it, or alternatively, remove your apartment off the platform altogether and lose business.
That said, I loved the cosy apartment which featured a fridge, AC and a washing machine and drying rack. The hotel is located on a the river a short stroll from the restaurant district and Rainbow Mall.
Will gladly stay again

房間小，位置還可以，但是絕對不值這個價。朋友説漱口杯都是臟兮兮的樣子，洗手間衞生勉強。唯一就是床品還算乾淨。預訂的大床房，不吭聲給改成雙床，朋友提出異議，前台説沒有房間了，也沒有男的，你想要大床，可以自己推到一起拼成大床。強調沒有男的，需要自己推。我投訴到攜程，他們極不情願的安排人來推，推完發了照片給我，告訴我好了，沒有縫，朋友們你告訴我這是沒有縫嗎？如圖所示！並且告知不許再投訴了，要求非自願換房間，她説沒有大床，要換必須補250元！！體驗感最差的一件酒店公寓，沒有之一！

整體入住感覺一般，沒有前台，地方不好找，問了保安才知道要去7樓，去到7樓之後也沒有人，好不容易找到一個阿姨，説要去某某房間，結果沒有人，有一塊牌子顯示要加微信遠程聯繫。房間空調製熱力不足，開到30度還是覺得房間有點冷

房間非常小，根本沒有落地窗，一個小窗户，比圖片差很多，定的套房超級小，而且很多灰塵，不住也退不了款，直接走人了

位置不差，但是硬件太差，是住過所有裏面當中最差，名字很響質素很低，唯一可取之處是前台服務熱情，哪怕是想要**送上門，或者領取額外拖鞋飲用水等都很方便！

位置ヾ（・ω・*）ノ房間的床很大，橫着豎著都能睡，有大陽台可以掛衣服，有洗衣機，電視也很大，桌子和沙發旁邊插頭多，邊辦公邊看電視賊爽

個人比較喜歡住公寓，定的這家，安靜且房間大，也比較乾淨整潔，陽台遠眺視野很好，對面就是高中，樓下小河可以沿岸散步，很不錯！
