This hotel is still the best I have ever stayed at Shenzhen. We stayed here one year ago and decided to stay again before heading to Hongkong. It just never disappoints us. This time, we liaise with xiao yu. She’s so patience with us and attend to all of our enquiries very well we love her. Also, I would like to shout out to Cici and the 2 handsome young male staff were very helpful and friendly when we needed help too!! Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Housekeeping auntie still the best as before. Always so friendly, approachable and sweet. Tidy up my room really well. The security was really cute. He accompanied me to the laundry room and assure me everything is gonna be ok due to some rowdy foreigner. Thank you! Location is great. Walking distance to convenient shop and around 10-15 max is walk to Hua Qiang Bei. A young blonde handsome male staff guided us on how to walk there so it kinda save some of our didi money 💰🤣 thanks! Will always come back to this hotel when I come Shenzhen. Everyone was so hospitality and friendly. Cheers! Till the next time. Thanks everyone.

Excellent Stay as Always! Skytel is always my first choice in Futian, Shenzhen — especially for its convenient location near Huaqiangbei Electronics Market. I’ve been staying here regularly for the past two years, and every visit feels just as comfortable and pleasant as the first. From the welcoming reception to the clean and well-maintained rooms, everything about this hotel makes the stay enjoyable and satisfying. A special thanks to Ms. Anna at the reception — her warm hospitality and continuous support with local information and arrangements always make my stay smoother and more delightful. Truly appreciate her professionalism and kindness. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!

Always come to stay here when coming in Shenzhen. Room is clean, good design and quite spacious. Staffs are very nice especially Anna. I will come again next time.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The metro station and bus stop are very close, making it easy to reach the main attractions.The rooms are clean, and the breakfast is varied. I'd like to especially mention the very responsive front desk. Anna and Xiaohe helped with everything from ordering a taxi, food delivery, and navigation around the city, to everything related to our stay. It's only thanks to such wonderful staff that I give this hotel a high rating.
