設施：雖然民宿不算太新，但所有設施一應俱全！看得出老闆佈置也很用心，訂了兩間房，裝飾都有不同，但是整體格調是親筆信文藝風非常漂亮！
衞生：很乾凈！還貼心準備電子驅蚊液、一次性馬桶套！
環境：民宿設在小區裏面進來一點，非常安逸！也很漂亮！小區出門不遠有便利店、小飯館吃飯買東西非常方便！
服務：老闆很熱情！我們很晚入住，他也很有耐心幫忙，帶我們去房間！而且店裡還有衹可愛的狸花貓！

房間非常好，挺大的，乾淨衞生，還有一個小陽台，樓下還可以打麻將，玩桌遊，還可以看電影，打桌球，別墅裏面的設施都可以玩，環境很好，去海邊也方便，房東叔叔人非常好，有求必應，非常負責，附近環境也不錯，值得推薦

真的是我住過最差的 裏面的衞生特別的差，搞得都不乾淨，廁所的毛巾看着都發黃，浴巾裏面還夾着，不知道是什麼時候的內褲，真的是夠噁心的，馬桶也有問題，紙巾特別無敵的廉價，還有一股消毒水的味道

被廁所薰了一晚，很臭很臭，抽風機是沒有接電的。紙巾是發黴的。被蚊子咬死，電蚊香沒有*用。窗户是壞的，房間擺設就是為了放下2張床硬擺的。説有22平方，實際帶廁所也就15平方，一樓亂七八糟沒有任何能用的東西。寫着離沙灘直線距離800米，實際4公里，這個怪自己不長眼。但是這麼差這麼偏僻的民居能賣200以上，那些住過的人都不知道評價的嗎？沒住過這麼差的酒店！
