選擇這家酒店是朋友推薦的，裝修環境非常好！告訴我這家酒店服務態度各方面都很好 性價比也很高 ，裝修很漂亮，所以我這次來深圳玩就抱着試試的心態來了 給我的感覺確實挺好的 各方面都很滿意 前台小姐姐看到我們提着行李到門口就會很熱情的打招呼 辦理入住速度很快 還幫我們提行李進房間 、房間配備獨立衞生間，還有廚房！房間還有掃碼充電的 有免費的獨立WiFi和24小時熱水 隔音都很好 晚上睡覺不會吵 真的很貼心周到 ，每個房間還有自助的洗衣機 ，這次給我很好的入住體驗 下次來深圳還是會選擇這家的 這家酒店是靠近輕軌站旁算非常優質酒店了，酒店挺大的，比附近的那些連鎖酒店都好得多。

差到極致的入住體驗！第一，前台服務態度極差，因房間衞生情況不達標要換房，態度及其不耐煩。另外登記前也沒與我提前説明第二天入住要激活房卡（我一次性是定了兩晚的房），因房卡刷不開門去前台，前台態度極差：“你不來前台刷怎麼開得了門啊？”。第二，酒店衞生差，床上、洗手盆都有沒打掃的頭髮，地上有類似醬料的污漬沒清理，鏡子一條一條的污漬，燒水壺一層厚厚的灰，衞生基本是除了換床單其他就是沒打掃過的樣子（床單被單我懷疑都沒換不然床上怎麼會有頭髮！）。反饋到所謂的“店長”那裡，還説“你要求那麼高的話就去旁邊酒店住吧”。？？什麼態度，這些都是最基本的衞生，還叫要求高，這些最基礎的衞生都沒做還怎麼做酒店？！而且去旁邊酒店住能給我退按金嗎，不能退的話説這個話目的是在幫我解決問題嗎，還是存心膈應別人？ 拜託貴店做好工作人員最基礎的培訓和最基礎的衞生管理！

無意間從**上刷到的這個酒店，看裏面的環境挺吸引我的，就抱着過來看看的心態來了，果然跟視頻裏描述的一樣，酒店環境很高大尚，關鍵是性價比還很高，前台小姐姐會很熱情的跟你打招呼，必須點贊👍🏻房間乾淨舒適，床很軟很舒服，採光也很好，窗外的視野一片綠油油，看着很舒服，酒店門口就是偌大的停車場，周圍也都是吃的，很方便，就很推薦這家酒店👍👍
