I'm so happy that i chose this hotel!
Room: Our room was spacious, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room is very clean. Everything we needed was in the room. There was free tea, coffee, water and snacks. Breakfast buffet is good.
The toilet is clean and automatic and the water in the shower is warm, there is shampoo conditioner and shower gel and there is even a new body lotion.
Location: Hotel location is very quiet and relaxing. This hotel is near in coco park shopping mall, its just 1 station away from the subway train Line 3.
Staff hotel are nice specially Jay in the concierge.

Great location. Very near Futian metro station which has 4 lines. Breakfast was below average and they always ran out of spoon. Room was big and decent except that there was no hanger in the shower area. Front line staff was friendly. Checking in and out was smooth.

The hotel is located conveniently from the Futian shenzhen metro and high speed rail station exit #32. It is also close to the civic center and coco park. The room was very clean, smoke free, modern, and comfortable. We especially appreciate the complimentary laundry service and room snacks. The breakfast was decent and had some good variety as well. Staff were very helpful.

Gotten free upgrade for both of our rooms. The rooms were clean. Staff were friendly n helpful. They even received our parcels on our behalf. The breakfast spread was not tat good. Location wise, not so convenient unless u knw how to use the metro link to walk ard however it can be very challenging as there r 30+ exits. Taxi will be better choice if u hv 4 pax to share. U can even use AI to control the lights, curtain etc.

Room is. Very clean n comfortable - front desk staff by the name JAY is super helpful as I have some issues with my package delivery and Jay handle it all for me to ensure I receive my package on time-
Family mart and Starbucks is just beside d hotel which makes it super convenient-
Will definitely come back here for my future trips

O出門旅行正好是娃的生日，酒店讓娃的生日儀式感滿滿。在我們出門玩的時候，客房幫忙佈置房間，娃驚喜連連，怕我們的蛋糕化了還幫忙拿到冰箱儲藏。房間空間很大，吧枱的食品依然水平在線。酒店的早餐中式西式一應俱全，不會是因為是早餐，敷衍了事，有健康的蔬果配，還有超級大的肉丸，每天不重樣，還有漂亮的太陽蛋。最重要的事這裏的客服永遠都是笑容滿面，讓我們有賓至如歸的感覺。因為我沒有吃早餐的習慣，所以衹買了一份早餐，每天陪娃去餐廳，客服也很熱情，完全不會讓人有不舒服的感覺。希望要保持。
