The front desk lady was very enthusiastic to come downstairs to pick me up and gave me an upgraded room. The facilities are complete and the space is large, which is very suitable for bringing children to live. The hygiene is also very clean. I will choose to stay here next time I come to Shenzhen.

Ordered a cake to celebrate but picked the wrong date so it arrived two days early. But the front desk was really nice. They put it in the refrigerator for me and asked me to take it back when I checked in. Thank you so much. The staff are really nice and friendly.
The apartment is located in Zhongzhou Bay. I booked it because I wanted to attend an event at Zhongzhou Bay Mall. It is very convenient as I can get there right downstairs.
