Location is excellent just outside is Daxin subway exit A. The room itself was small but clean and had all the amenities you need for a short stay. Free washing machine on level 3 and 5 and wifi was fast although occasionally gets disconnects and you need to log back into it.
All staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Even the cleaning lady aunty Fong on 3rd floor was super helpful. I would come back to this hotel when back in Shenzhen!

Location is very convenient. Very affordable in terms of Shenzhen prices. I didn't pay for the breakfast as there were a lot of restaurants nearby. Even a mall on the opposite block, behind the hotel. The staffs were very nice and accommodating when it came to answering my questions.
I got a corner room so, as a solo traveler this room is doable for me, if you are a guest of two, they might give you one that is slightly bigger.
There is a communal laundry room (washing machine, no dryer), one on each floor, 3rd and 4th floor. You will have to air dry in your room, hang it in the restroom.

The staff were lovely, the room was clean with bathroom amenities, and the breakfast was tasty and plentiful.
My 5th floor room was about 35 degrees Celsius when I entered at 9pm, and it took over an hour to bring the room to a more comfortable temperature. The single glazed windows also let in a lot of street and neighbourhood noise, so I slept only fitfully. A room on the other side of the hallway would be my preference for another stay.
