Check in is confusing and unclear. Got lost trying to find it. Room was NOT like in pics. Pool was closed, gym cost extra. Hair everywhere, washroom wasn’t cleaned properly. Wouldn’t book again.

The location is at Longgang Yuyuan Station, which is convenient for travel. Downstairs is a large shopping mall, which is very convenient. There are a lot of restaurants, so you don't have to worry about not being able to find food. There are also large supermarkets, cinemas and other entertainment facilities. The room is clean and tidy. Contact the front desk before checking in. The front desk politely teaches you how to find the check-in office. Check-out also only requires notification, which is quick.

It's pretty good to live here. There's cleaning every day and replacement of necessary items. It's close to the office, the community environment is nice, and there's a children's playground at the back.

The curtains are moldy, with a lot of black spots, the front desk is hard to find, the bathroom is very small, there is no dry and wet separation, the room decoration, such as the sofa, etc., is not as beautiful as the pictures, but the location is indeed convenient
