Location is good. Near MRT. The reception people are not friendly. Just do the job. The room is big but got surprise that they only provide 2 pillow. I try to request 1 pillow also get rejected. I do inform that that I am coming with 2adult and 1 kid. The Shower was hot and strong but the get flooded easily because the hole is not fast enought flow out the water.
Ventilation is not good, can smell the cigrate smoke smell and sound proofing not too great.The floor is not that clean but it was okay.

這個酒店，看不起續住的客人，前台説續住的客人統一4點搞衞生，我1點多出去的時候和搞衞生阿姨説幫忙搞下衞生，她説好的等下搞，我出去3點回來，打開門，還是沒搞，打電話前台300斤那個女的説續住的要等到4點搞衞生。請問續住和新入住有區別嗎？我續住客人是少了一分錢還是怎樣？這麼不尊重續住的客人嗎？還有我發火了，阿姨才來搞衞生，而且，搞好了叫我進去住，我進去看枕頭套被套啥的全部沒換，這種人該不該扣工資？這樣的服務嗎？續住的就隨便搞衞生嗎？我建議續住的客人一定要換房間，不然搞衞生不乾淨。而且我説換房間，也沒房間，那麼要入住新房間，就是得等到5點後才能入住。嚴重的服務有問題。

來到深圳剛下飛機住的，性價比在深圳還是挺高的，床上也沒有異物，很乾凈，旁邊就是地鐵口，到哪都比較方便，前台小哥服務不錯，幫我扛行李上樓，好評👍

來深圳玩預訂的這家酒店總體來説非常不錯，房間乾淨整潔沒有異味，空調效果也很給力，附近也有挺多好吃的，而且酒店出行也很方便出門就是地鐵口，愛了愛了還有前台的小帥哥也很好，表揚表揚，下次有機會還回來住

洗澡洗一半沒水，打電話給前台説太晚了叫不到師傅，還問我第二天續不續房，續房就找師傅給我修…潛意識是不是説不續房我才不管你呢呃……都不管下一個房客死活嗎………
