The property exceeded our expectations in every aspect, from fantastic location very near to the metro with lift access to impeccable cleanliness. The staff were incredibly helpful especially the front desk manager 颜培栋. He is an asset to the hotel with his top notch customer service. The shopping outlets are within 10mins walks. There are many food carts nearby the hotels. Hotel breakfast is buffet style and amazing food options. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re coming to Daimeisha beach.

The hotel is at a superb location and the room is big. However, my complaints are about the cleanliness of the hotel.
When I first arrived to use the bathroom, the entire bathroom smelled like raw sewage. This means that the pipe/drain is directly hooked up to an open sewage somewhere and the smell is emanating from there. The smell faded a tiny bit after I put the room on cold AC for about 12 hours.
The carpets were not clean and had what appears to be dried-milk substances laced on them.
The sink had a cap that could not be opened. So I could not drain the water from my sink.
A final thing that irked me was that the hotel staff says nothing when someone cut in front me intentionally and told me to wait after I unintentionally cut someone in the line. Quite unprofessional.

This hotel is so convenient metro Dameisha exit D it's right in front. We stayed on the 2nd floor, (highest is 5) and I was a bit worry about the noise from the restaurants and downstairs, but to my surprise the window's soundproof was so good. The room was clean and confortable, but the bed was a bit too hard for me, if only they have had a swimming pool then it's all 5* from me.

I was traveling on personal business and this hotel is an excellent combination of leisure and business. Convenient metro line, many attractions can be reached either without transfers or with minimal transfers, the sea is 200 meters away, if you are lucky you will have a beautiful view to the sea and the mountains. Nearby there is an outlet if you need to buy something some stuff, right under the hotel food court, to the subway is 30 meters. I want to thank the reception of the hotel who are helping as much as possible to foreigners, attahced is the picture of the name of the most helpful person, I would appreciate if the management would reward the team for their attitude in hospitality.

Great location, right beside the metro station, a few minutes walk to the beach, a lot of restaurants, cafes and food trucks around the corner. The room was very clean. Bed was comfy. Breakfast buffet had a lot of variety. The hotel had a gym room and self-service laundry. No complaints at all. Perfect for a short stay.

Great location adjacent to the Exit D of Shenzhen's Metro Line 8. Lots of restaurants and things to do in the area. The self-service laundry room, with LG commercial machines, is a great added bonus for staying here. Free use and they auto dispense detergent.
