整體住宿條件和酒店服務不錯，唯一奇怪的是，預訂的時候塗家管家直接取消了我的訂單並要求加價，因為當時急需住宿地方，所以沒有和他扯皮，使用新的價格預訂了房間，過了兩天又在塗家的聊天中提醒我要付款按金，我和他説可以現場付款按金，他卻説如果不付款按金會給我取消房間，但實際上房間也並沒有取消，所以總覺得這裏面有什麼bug ，如果房子很好，但因為比較差的服務，讓客户感覺到噁心，對於公司來説非常不值得。

第一次住壹棠，真的感覺很意外，比我想象中的更好，每一項安排都很細心，房間每天會打掃很乾凈，遇到的每一位公寓的人很有禮貌熱情，我們還可以自己做飯，附近walmart很近。聯繫我的amy非常熱情周到，還特意給我們安排了咖啡機，聽説我喜歡高樓層，安排了29樓給我們，視野很開闊，A棟下面還有健身室，我們去那打乒乓球，真的比住酒店好太多、更有家的感覺，下次還會再來住

首先地方很好找，出來離招商花園城吃飯的地方很近，走路七八分鐘就到了，其次房間衞生真的很乾凈，房間舒適，熱水出水很大，有浴缸可以泡，就是空調力度太大，對於耳朵太好的人不友好，哈哈，最後早餐簡潔精緻，吃飽不是問題。
