酒店完成稱不上4星，公寓改造的酒店，晚上的窗簾漏光、空調效果太差，沙發有污漬，走廊都沒空調，完全是價不配位，浴袍都沒！一個酒店，房間內都沒有電話聯繫前台，早餐更是窮的叮噹響，4星酒店的早餐，這種垃圾水平，這麼多年以來，最差的酒店！

出差到天安雲谷，發現附近就有酒店，這裡有兩棟，一棟LOFT，一個平層，預訂時沒有意識到分屬不同的樓（有一定距離），晚上抵達實在太累了不想拖着行李要換樓；前台小姐姐也注意到這個點、叫上考慮到我是第一次入住。則主動幫升級到本樓；減少奔波，非常感動！
另外，酒店環境很不錯！
