Shenzhen Huachen Four Seasons Apartment (North Station East Plaza HBC Huilong Center Branch)

I often stay in hotels, but I have never lived in such a bad environment. I am very unhappy. I don’t know what it means to be dirty and sloppy. Any ideas on how to rent it out to others? 😡😡😡😡Completely clean so rent it better than others😡😡😡

It can only be said that the building and corridors are much better than the rooms inside😂The stairs in the room are dirty and black, and the apartment written in 2022 is much older than the actual age. The display picture seems to be an electronic rendering. The actual furniture is not made of the same material as the picture. For example, the table is actually made of wood, and there is a big hole in the key point! The chairs are peeling, the sofa is dirty, and the toilet doesn't have a lock to close it! Also, this bed is squeaky and there are so many things I can complain about. Just consider yourself unlucky to live on your own. I didn’t book it as a place to entertain my family for traveling. I regret that it’s too shabby and shabby! Can't even do basic cleanliness. There was a used toothbrush on the table, and there were melon seed shells on the floor... Then the kitchen only had two gas stoves and no microwave, let alone any pots or containers. . . To sum it up in one sentence: I regret it so much❌

Apart from being close to the station, there are no other advantages.

設施：完備。二樓陽台意外的發現了洗衣機和烘乾機。這個在預訂沒看到。當然，也提醒一下，保潔阿姨可以每次清理一下烘乾機的漏網。 衞生：沒問題，兩個衞生間都挺乾淨。客廳飄窗有一點點臟，但是畢竟衹有200多塊錢，我認為是可以接受的。當然保潔阿姨可以擦一下。 環境：周圍環境挺好的，有工地，但是沒有噪音。挨着深圳北站，高鐵有點聲音，把窗户關了沒有問題。 服務：服務很周到，熱情相應拐，發票開得也很快。

衞生不太乾淨，房間有人的味道（其他人的味道），感覺沒換被子 浴室的洗髮水很噁心 已經分層了 房間是大的，交通也是方便的，但是要是能注重細節就好了

高鐵時間早，揀左呢間酒店渡過一晚 地理位置很好，行去高鐵站只需5分鐘。 叫外賣都很方便。 當晚很夜先到，前台都很nice , 知我們一早要走，俾左个隔離位，一出門口就可以交卡，very nice !! 電子鎖很方便。

到深圳的第一晚入住的這家公寓，離地鐵步行3分鐘，不過第一次入住要找一下，公寓在南塔樓，這次帶着一家老小住的三房一廳，房間不錯，樓上樓下有兩個衞生間，洗澡要用樓上這個，客廳可以觀看四面八方的煙花盛景，對於生活在禁止燃放煙花的小朋友來説很興奮，唯一不足的就是衞生需要再提升下，整體來説性價比很高，服務態度也不錯，還可以在大年夜叫到外賣，對於衞生包容度高的可以多住幾晚。
