Atour S Hotel Shenzhen Futian Port

The location and staff services is good. The room is clean. Recommended to everyone. Will visit the brand hotel again.

A bit disappointed. We booked 3 rooms and were convinced to pay around $280 for upgrading. We arrived at 3 pm to the hotel but the rooms are not yet ready. Unfortunately, it takes more than 2 hours for us to get one room only at 8th Room 5. Since the other 2 rooms are not yet ready so we have to go out and find a place for dinner. We leave the hotel at 530pm and return after 1 am. However, no more hard pillows...no no spare slippers...and finally we were given a spare thin pillow upon our strong request. The toilet is smelly which is also a reason for Mark losing. The day after we ate breakfast on the 23rd floor. The food is not good. No English tea bag is offered. All in all. 福田 Atour was lagging when compared to Intercity SZ and also other Atour in Chiba, such as 廣州，上海……順德等。

The cleanliness is very authentic. The staff here is all very friendly and attentive. We definitely will stay here again if we come to Shenzhen. 😊👍

Friendly staff. Clean and modern hotel even by western standards.

The aircon is fixed at 25.5 degrees Celsius. I understand this might be the requirement from the government but in almost all other hotels I’ve stayed in Shenzhen, it could be actually set lower. I was sweating in my bed. Despite the hotel sending a repairmen to look at the rheostat, it was only slightly better. The shower’s water seal ***** had peeled off and this led to water flowing into the toilet/sleeping area. Yes, this is another one of those hotels where the bathroom area and the bedroom does not have any separation or door. The midnight snack included was alright. There was a selection of about 8 types of dim sum, two types of juice and some fruit, congee and noodle to choose from. It will be enough for those who skipped dinner but don’t expect any form of gourmet. The service was great and the reception was quick. Location is also just minutes away from the nearest metro station. There’s a Starbucks in the lobby and a McDonald’s next door. Luckin is just across the street if you like a more local coffee chain. It’s a shame that in this weather the condition of the aircon just made it a hard recommendation.
