Primarily aircon in the room not working well never get cold that is why I xan sleep well secod so many cockroach in bed its friom ceiling it is scary ir might go to my ear when I sleep thats why i put my headphones.
Will not stay here again.

I only slept there. For a foreigner it's the type that is suitable if u just want somewhere to sleep for a night not stay for 2+days. a was For such setup i'm happy, but for 2 nights it might not be convenient. The toilets are squat toilets. Need to rent the towel for 10rmb. No slippers. The area is very big with many local people who all share the toilet. Had to pay 50rmb for lost key as well.

Staff checked me in without incident, common area was partially filled with guest from the hostel side. Room was clean and neat but as you might guess it was sp**** / not many amenities (hair dryer, tooth brushes, towels). Shower was not separate from the rest of bathroom. Bed was rather firm. Stairway approach to second floor entrance was not decorated.
Good if you want a place to stay overnight. Not to hang out in the room but hanging out in the common area might be nice. Would stay there again but if on a date you likely want a nicer place.

Staff was quite nice despite me not knowing Chinese. It’s located in a pretty easy to find location as well. I’d strongly recommend. Only thing is it’s squat toilet which I don’t like.

This is quite a nice hotel for a very fair price. Would definitely recommend if you’re trying to travel on a budget. Also, foreigners can stay here.

It’s a good general standard. Warm welcome. Staff checked me in as quickly as they humanly could. Overall pleased experience. I recommend for the busy professional like me who wants a night at Exhibition & Convention Center, Futian, Shenzhen. Or for a stay in shared rooms.

The rooms are very clean, and the lobby is a great place to relax. We eat and chat here, and charge our phones. There are many delicious foods nearby, as well as convenience stores and supermarkets. It is close to the Fumin subway station, and it is most convenient to go to the convention and exhibition center!
