很湊巧，住的時候其他租客都回家了，偌大的房子衹有我一個人住，特別舒心。老闆娘又美又大方，房間很乾凈整潔，房子外的視野很好，很不錯的一次旅居體驗，有機會還會續住的。

到深圳的第一個落腳點。一大早到達，老闆娘很熱情周到，安排接待和床鋪。 全是女生的青旅，特別像大學的宿舍。房間舒適整潔，衞生間也很乾凈，完全像自己家一樣。 在這裏居住了一段時間，同住的都很友好，對於打工的和初到深圳的，是特別好的選擇和推薦。

LUCKY女生大本營宿舍 薛老闆人不錯，安排的很好。旅舍比較乾淨衞生。住的兩人間，小何姐姐人很好。在一起兩天 很多共同語言，願越來越好的我們！未來可期！房間在德潤榮君府，住的很舒服。近期有點吵，樓下在施工地鐵。環境衞生還是很好的。樓下的綠化做的很好，喜歡樓下散散步，熱帶植物很美好，散發淡淡香氣。在一棟。對面有一家潮汕牛肉粿條，老闆人很好，在深圳兩天半吃了三頓的地方。很鮮美，牛肉鮮切，對我這個北方人來説，旅途中一碗熱熱的牛肉粿條湯，辣辣酸酸暖暖的，人間美好！

各方面都令人滿意，老闆很熱心周到，特別喜歡房間朝向，都挺敞亮通透，不管卧室，大廳，廚房，衞浴都衞生，四人間軟硬床墊都有，宜家的軟墊睡得很舒適，室友也很安靜友好，體驗感很不錯！❤

很乾凈，樓層很高，而且很通風，陽光真的是非常好校區，也非常漂亮，綠植很茂盛，還有游泳池最關鍵的是離地鐵真的很近，周圍交通十分便利1吃的喝的應俱全我對我目前選了，這一家非常非常的滿意，關鍵是性價比很高，這麼大的房間衹有幾個床位，空間也大入住床位也非常舒服，房東很熱情，這裏麪睡得也挺早作息習慣不容易被打擾 裏面都是全女生，感覺非常非常的方便私隱感很好的得到了保護這裏的女生也都非常非常得好相處，個個説話都非常和氣，總之我覺得比住酒店要強多了，我家來這兒之前住那個酒店一天需要好幾百了，深圳的酒店真的是很貴呀，還是中青旅性價比賊高我在這裏麪住了一個多月了，這裏麪包也不貴，挺划算，我準備繼續租下去，我覺得比租房子要划算多了，最基本沒有按金，我的資金也得到了很好的保護我以前租房那個時候，我經常都退房的時候按金都不能給完我都要扣一下，我真是覺得好虧，所以我堅定地要住在這裏，我推薦給大家，我也不誇張，這都是我真實的感受

體驗感超級棒呀，房東熱情親切，房子寬敞明亮，環境整潔，房東每天都有搞衞生哦，小區環境也好，新小區，核酸可以在小區裏面做，很棒，近地鐵，三分鐘，室友們都是年輕小姐姐多，下次出差還來，年輕人的第一選擇，高樓層，視野很不錯
