Conveniently located, close to Hongshan subway station and Shenzhen Art Museum is right next to it. The front desk service is polite and answers all questions. The room is clean and tidy, and the stay is comfortable.

I booked a 4-hour hourly room one day in advance, from 8:00 to 12:00. I arrived at 8:00 and was told that there were no rooms available. After a few arguments, they told me that there were rooms available, but the aunty had to go to work at 10:00 to clean the room, so I had to wait for 2 hours before checking in!!! I said they would just clean up, I just wanted the table and chairs for the kids, but they told me that they didn't know how to clean, only the aunty could clean!!! In the end, I was given an uncleaned room. Nowadays, there is still such a weird service attitude in Shenzhen, which really damages the image of Shenzhen!!!

The room is comfortable and clean. I like the high floor. The view outside the window is refreshing. I especially want to thank the uncle who helps with cleaning on the 29th floor. He is very friendly and helps us carefully every time. It feels very kind. It was a great stay. Recommended to friends who come to Shenzhen for travel and business trips and have certain requirements for quality of life.
