The room was very good and I was very satisfied with my stay! Metro Line 4 is just downstairs, which is very convenient. However, there was no sign when I first came here, so it was not easy to find. I walked to another building, but the customer service changed the room for me. Very good!

The location of the hotel is very close to Meilin Station, and there are many different restaurants nearby. The hotel room is okay, but the water in the bathroom is very weak.

Overall, it's OK and suitable for a family. However, you have to go to the 16th floor to check in. It's a bit inconvenient to bring children. It's hygienic, but it's better to have non-slip carpets for children. Thank you

The room was very clean and the service was very good. The lady at the front desk was very helpful in checking in and leading us into the room. If we had any questions, we were quickly dealt with. The transportation is very convenient and close to the subway station. Will still consider staying here next time.

The overall feeling is very bad. My friends checked in first at almost 4 o'clock. After meeting us in the evening, we realized that the apar**ent environment was not ideal. I will list the following comments: Hygiene Situation 1) I put a piece of cloth on the sofa to cover the stains. The sofa was covered with stains. After sitting for a while, my friend felt itchy all over. When asked about it, the staff said it was stains that could not be washed away. 2) There are many stains on the wall and it feels old. 3) All the glass in the house looks like it has not been cleaned. The staff said that it has been cleaned and it is water stains; but I touched the handrails of the stairs and they were full of dust. 4) I went to the apar**ent to check, and the staff provided disposable disposable bath towels. I later found out that there were reusable towels in the room, but those towels felt like they had been used or had not been cleaned for a long time. 5) The bathroom wash basin has moldy dirt Security Question 1) There is no dry and wet separation in all bathrooms, and the use experience is not ideal. 2) There is no anti-slip mat in the bathroom. My child slipped several times. facility 1) The tabletop of the tea machine next to the sofa in the living room is cracked 2) My friends and I have difficulty opening the password door lock, and we have to trouble the staff to open the door. Because the overall feeling was so bad, my friend and I did not plan to stay in the apar**ent that night after our meeting. I tried to cancel the reservation, but the merchant refused to cancel it because the cancellation time had passed. My friends had no choice but to find other places to stay, while our family of three continued to stay overnight. The merchant replied that there is no problem with hygiene. Maybe everyone has different hygiene standards, but it is really unreasonable to have this quality at this price. I hope users who want to book will think twice after reading the reviews! I also believe that businesses are just making a lot of excuses
