價錢合理，環境舒服。雖然中間有點小問題，但老闆及老闆娘都十分好人，會即時跟進。鄰近沙灘，樓下附近有很多美食。值得推薦 😊

地鐵D出口直行約5分鐘可到，房間望出就是沙灘，過對面馬路就到，附近周邊都有吃的，非常方便，老闆非常熱心。

地鐵站d出口一出直行要轉一個彎就到公寓, 因為之前有留訊息怕找不到， trip.com有提前打電話给我，說有人會在樓下接我們上樓， 我和朋友一行七人入住，但是房間是不同樓層，而且相隔很遠， 這個很令小朋友很不方便， 到達樓下感覺非常殘舊， 一進屋了房間還算大，我住的是兩張1.8的雙人床， 而朋友的是兩張1.5雙人床， 需則是雙人床，但是兩張是不太一樣的一張比較硬身和殘舊不好睡， 另一張就反而較好一點延軟熟的， 小廚房和廁所都還可以， 行出露台亦可以觀賞到沙灘， 這是令小朋友最興奮的， 而電視非常不好， 朋友的是舊式的，而且看不到任何電視台， 我的房間好一點，就是收得不太清😔， 總括來說，這個價錢是貴了點，可能是復活節假期吧！但服務是挺週到的， 交鎖匙也十分方便，只需要放在屋內關門便可以， 入住時需要用微信100元訂金，也是用微信即時退還， 這是令人放心，第一次住公寓的感覺，還就是算一般呀…

房間乾淨衞生，離海邊近，老闆娘熱鬧，看我們帶個小朋友免費幫我們升級了房間，房間空間超大，陽台也挺大的，出陽台就能看到海邊。

老闆娘很好，免費升級我們去兩房一廳高層海景親子房，有免費沙灘玩具借用，小朋友很開心。如其他住客評論一樣廁所有臭味，我估計是整座公寓的渠都是這樣問題，不能解決。
如果香港來的朋友要用國內號碼才能找到老闆娘，香港打長途是找不到她的。要預先聯繫，因為她未必在公寓裏等候。現在有了老闆娘的wechat就比較方便聯繫。

位置非常好面對大梅沙海濱公園,還可以看到日出,老闆娘服務週到熱誠,四圍有很多食肆,美中不足就是房內設施陳舊,但勝在設備齊全,有冰箱、洗衣機、冷暖空調,小朋友也很喜歡,如有機會再到大梅沙一定會再預訂.
