公寓位置很好地鐵6號線公明廣場站出來就是了，辦理入很方便很快就辦好了，老闆很熱情的。公寓衞生很乾凈沒有味道，房間蠻大的舒服。

我是第一次到深圳，本想訂民宿方便一些，於是選擇了這裏。總體是較為滿意的，但是這裏的住宿也存在很大的問題。
環境：我對周圍的環境很滿意，因為很方便，購物，買東西吃，非常便利，位置很好。但我對民宿的環境不滿意，我訂購的酒店，宣傳圖片和實際入住圖片不相符。
衞生：衞生很一般，床單和被罩有明顯的不乾淨的印記，大家可以看照片。最讓我難以接受的是，在進入房間門口的預備好的毛巾中，有一條，打開有黑色的印記，像是擦過鞋或者其他。
設施：設施還不錯，缺點是，兩個房間只有一個有空調。
服務：服務尚可，但做不到按時來更換。

環境不錯樓下有商場及地鐵，交通上便利，房間乾淨整潔，這里的電視不需要登入會員可直接收看，若是放假可在裡面待上一整天

很髒，地上都是黐立立的，塵又多，感覺非常差。
床也不舒服
跟客服說了，第二天有清潔阿姨來再清潔地板，不過情況沒有好很多，除了房間多，地方大，沒什麼可取的地方！

電視沒有搖控，未能使用，客服堅稱有，但找不到
