Its close to xili metro, room was new/clean, breakfast was excellent (except for coffee, i think the machine needs maintainance) and given the price it was excellent value.

In general it's clean and neat, and excellent concierge service. However, housekeeping service needs to improve as it runs out of shampoo.

Our food delivery bag was ignored and left in the reception for an hour just because the receptionist didn’t realise the room number is written at the back of the receipt.
