環境很好很乾凈 ，裝修風格很別緻，設施齊全。
老闆特別熱情，耐心告訴路線，圖文也很清楚。
走到地鐵站就6分鐘，方便，負一樓有大超市，對面就是菜市場。
很棒的一次入住體驗，推薦哦。

地點是方便，樓下有簡單餐廳及便利店，我們一家3天都吃附近由婆婆及其家人打理的杭州小籠包，特別推介 ～ 打車時，請到樓下看看附近有名的店舖，才打車，我們試過未有選擇有名店舖，地標會移到別處。
屋內設備是齊全，性價比是高，不過如以下地方作出改善會更理想，屋主人很好，有問必答，但屋內設備應加強管理，如風筒破爛斷裂，不是我家人發現，不知道會否對其他人溝成危險。另一進屋內成人們都聞到異味，不知是從渠內出來或是在哪裡飄來，想說開開全屋冷氣或暖氣去味道，問屋主為何開不到房間的，回答說天氣冷不用開空調。小朋友們因第一次入住有樓梯房子，所以1條樓梯已玩得很高興。如你家沒有樓梯，不介意屋內異味，相比其他公寓式的，以這個價錢來說，叫合格。屋內看到的風景不是很好，但如只想跟家人朋友在客廳裏傾談，不用看風景，那就不用介意這點。

晚上很晚到的，房東都及時回覆幫我們辦理了入住，網上辦理，很方便。
離地鐵站很近，幾分鐘就到了，獨享的2房，床很舒服，房間乾淨衞生，陽光充足，通風很好。
性價比高，酒店一房的價格民宿住了兩房，設施齊全，小區環境好，還有個空中花園，很滿意，真心不錯，推薦推薦！

公寓有3房2廁， 3 pair 人入去住都唔怕爭廁所。 不過要留意，其中一個廁所係踎廁。 公寓樓下有餐廳，距離觀瀾湖都係$20的士，十分方便

鐵路站行過去大約10分鐘，周邊有食店，也有超市，跟朋友一起租一晚，明天到卡魯滑雪，洗手間衛生亦可，但床鋪好像沒有更換。這個價錢，不太要求高都可以吧。

房子的風格特別喜歡，佈置得很好。小清新，一進門香薰的味道很特別。
交通便利，位置很好。樓下有超市和餐飲，買東西和美食很方便。

14點取房時，清潔的姐姐還在清潔中，未能準時交房，wifi用唔到，投影機睇得唔舒服，下層洗手間有臭味，毛巾好細條（等同於酒店抹手布），床褥好硬訓得唔舒服，對比我之前住其他公寓還有改善空間，冷氣都夠凍，客服回覆都快，整體都可接受
