很臟環境很差，一進門掀開被子一整床都有零零碎碎的頭髮，叫阿姨來換了，阿姨態度很不好，沒有梳子，叫阿姨拿，阿姨很不耐煩，説不一次性説完，這不都本來就應該放房間就要配好的嗎？説什麼有需要的才給拿，房間也沒有礦泉水，床墊很硬，都睡不好

總體來説是一個年代比較舊的酒店，標間不算大，設施一般，有些老舊。有電梯，周邊有地鐵和公交車站，樓下有超市和餐館，啥都有賣的，出行很方便，離紅嶺地鐵挺近的，我們每天出去玩節省了時間，去羅湖口岸到香港那邊坐地鐵過海關，一趟還是得兩個小時的，價格佔優勢，在深圳算是比較便宜的酒店了。

真的很差，圖片與實圖完全不符，房間太小了，洗澡的地方跟床頭就差不多15釐米，挨的很近，被子像用過很多次的，都在發灰了，很舊，很舊。房間還有蟑螂，沒有鏡子，晚上凌晨兩點多門外面特別吵，老有人在大聲聊天。預訂到這個地方，真是大冤種

1、衞生差2、牆面桌子凳子牀頭櫃老舊，導致不衞生。3、燈泡壞了沒有維修。4、出了精選大床房的錢、給客户住的卻是臟亂差的房間、就是最普通的房間，5、櫃子老舊，抽屜很臟6、衞生間洗手盆水管破裂。7、沒有洗髮水導致無法洗頭。8、沒有吹風機，打字洗頭後頭發無法吹乾。
