Newly opened shop, close to the subway, the owner is very nice and very polite! Picked me up at the subway entrance and helped me pick up the suitcase. There are fewer people living temporarily and it’s not noisy, thank you!

房間亂、味道大、廁所臟、沒有核驗身份、説好開空調結果早上就關掉了、大早上突然出現巨大的震動聲響（老闆説是風扇）這些也就算了，第一次遇見我人都到前台了結果老闆不在，打電話給老闆也不接，加了微信也不回還要再打一次電話催，才幫我辦理入住。問wifi密碼問前台購買商品也不回微信，服務業做不到開門納客和解答問題還是別做了。

老闆很友善，非常健談。位置在福田崗廈可以説是無敵了。衹是對面和樓下的大哥整個晚上開風扇，而且不是對着自己吹，是對着我來吹，下床的風扇更要命，差不多是在你背下不停的轉，害得我要出去睡客廳沙發，希望老闆可以改正一下，其他的基本上是性價比超高的一家旅館

出差在這裏住了幾天，還可以煮東西，調料和碗筷都可以用，室友們也很和善，相處的挺好的，住的非常開心的幾天

電梯上去沒有標識，第一次會有點難找。老闆服務態度挺好，但是的確人有點多，晚上11點左右是洗澡高峯期，建議早一點洗澡。另外這邊充電是床上接的插排，大家注意用電安全。風扇的聲音會有點大，遇見怕熱的舍友晚上會有點吵。總體性價比還是很高的，畢竟深圳房價這麼貴
