Staff can't speak English but u can use wechat to communicate,everything you need just tex them on wechat,Staff at night very helpful my friend stuck in the toilets,because some problem with the door,everything they do help immediately,room was big,I stay in 38 floor with stunning view,also they have fruit service at room also breakfast for you. Location was also good.
They allow me to check out 16.00 p.m because I check in late about 12.00 at the first day..and for apologies for door problems. I will come back next time.

We ended up booking this last minute for the same evening after we missed our train to Beijing. Arriving at 11pm at night was kind of confusing as the DiDi driver took us to the back entrance and we had no idea where the lobby was. But eventually we found it. The room itself was great and our stay was fine. We did not encounter any English speaking staff but were able to make ourselves understood with translation apps. The view was very good.

Overall the hotel is ok. The house keeping lady "陳姐" was very helpful and kind. She helped us to fix the air conditioner problems. Also she gave us extra bottles of water when asked.

Location wise is good. Near line 1 mrt station which is convenient to travel to any places in shenzhen. But it is a bit far from the tourist spots that I wanted to visit. Having said that, it is compensated with more reasonable room rate compared to the similar hotel in nanshan or futian area. Room is spacious and clean. Bfast is decent with the price. The staff are friendly and attentive. Overall, it is good.

It was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my visit. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Check-in was quick and smooth, and I was even offered a complimentary welcome drink – a nice touch!
The room was spotless, spacious, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the blackout curtains and soundproofing, which made for a great night's sleep. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping everything pristine during my stay.
One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet – a generous selection of fresh fruits, pastries, hot dishes, and made-to-order eggs. The dining area was clean and stylish, with plenty of seating and attentive service.

The staff at the hotel aimed to please.
The location was great. 10 minutes away from Dong Men Ding, within 10 minutes walk from other shopping mall, this hotel was at proximity of many restaurant/food stall choices.
The hotel offered a clean environment, with daily water bottles (even offering more than the standard one bottle per person per day on demand), and free laundry services (washing and drying your clothes).
The cleaning staff did their best to accommodate our requests while offering their cleaning services, as we were not able to properly time our toddler's naps.
The only inconvenience was the size of the bathroom, given that we had a portable tub for the toddler's bath, but we worked around that without any issues.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel. The price to value ratio is definitely worth it.
