The room was very nice and clean. Brother Li at the front desk upgraded the room for free. The airport drop-off service was also very considerate. We were also given a late check-out after our flight was delayed. I had a very happy stay.

This is the best service I've experienced in this trip to Shenzhen! The little sister who received me was smiling all the time, which made me feel comfortable! When I left, I asked her what her name was and she said she didn't need it, so I didn't know her name either. She also called a car to take me and my parents to the airport. This store seems to be the building of the Four Seasons, with great hardware facilities and not too far from the subway station (there are many buses 2 stops away from the subway entrance). If you want to wander around Nanshan District, this is a place you can consider.
